Make your stay away from home fun and peaceful with this beautiful Desert Oasis in Mesa. This home sits on 1 acre with a massive heated 1100 sq ft pool (optional $200 extra each day to heat. Minimum 3 days. Usually needed from Nov-April), rock water slide, waterfall, rope swing, and outside shower are perfect for your summertime getaway. Sit on the large covered patio and listen to the tranquil waterfall or enjoy the rear of the property where there is lots of grass to run and play. The inside of this home has a chef's dream kitchen, level 4 granite and over-sized fridge & freezer. The main living area has hardwood floors, while the bedrooms have carpet. This home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and will sleep 15 if the 2 pull out sofas in basement are utilized. Nice master bedroom and bath that boasts a granite wall, 3 shower heads, claw foot tub and an amazing view of the backyard through the french doors. Additional living space in the basement with TV. This home also has an attached guest suite complete with bedroom, bathroom and a second bedroom with TV. The second bedroom has a rolling barn door for privacy. This home is a 10 minute walk to incredible shopping & restaurants including: Ra Sushi, Buca Di Beppo, Rodizio Grill, Anthropology, Barnes & Noble and boutiques. 3 minutes from the freeway and 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation home! Our family had the best time! We had littles, teens and a lot of adults. Plenty of room for everyone, so many fun activities around the property, the pool was amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the double laundry facilities were so helpful! We will be back! 10/10!!!

This property was clean, attractive, roomy, well appointed, in a good neighborhood, conveniently located to airports and a multitude of city & rural experiences. The pool was a huge hit with all ages; definitely worth paying to heat it. There was a total abundance of games indoor & outdoor to keep everyone happy & engaged. Nice variety of sleeping options and layout allowed for large group, groupings and private time. Kitchen & laundry amenities were superb. Owners so responsive! Friends and extended family already planning to reserve this VRBO. We loved it and even family skeptics left saying they had a blast. We had a group of 12 with 4 children ages 6-21 plus 8 adults. Spendier than other VRBO's we looked at but amenities and space made it all worth it. We would rent this VRBO again!

Great house for a large family stay. The house was clean and very well stocked for the stay. Great bathrooms plenty of bedrooms for all. The pool was amazing! There is something for all ages at the pool from the slide and rope swing or the shelf to soak with smaller kids. Overall an excellent property!

My family and I had a great time at this property. Even in the heat we played games outside, the property had plenty of umbrellas. The yard is huge and the kids loved the pool. Even though the house is centrally located near everything, I really appreciated the toiletries they had on hand. This was a great and memorable vacation!

Huge home, gigantic pool, responsive hosts. This was by far the best fit for family vacation. Plenty of room inside with multiple activities for everyone. And the backyard was just as great. Pool was huge, a slide and rope swing the kids spent hours there. Putt putt golf and more. Will definitely try and stay here again.

We had a larger family Easter vacation at this property, which included a number of younger children, and we were very happy with this property. The rope swing and waterslide turned a regular swimming pool into our own private resort. I'm certain the kids completed over 300 swings on the rope. The house does show a little wear & tear, so if you're a property snob, it might bother you. That didn't bother us at all. It was clean, the owner was very responsive to our questions, and overall it was a great experience. We already decided to stay here again if we do another family vacation to AZ.

We needed a home with enough bedrooms to accommodate our large family. This place exceeded our expectations! There were enough beds, bathrooms, and household supplies that we felt at home the minute we walked in. The pool and outdoor areas are amazing - so much to do and plenty of chairs everywhere you turn. We planned to do more activities, but chose to stay "home" and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beautiful weather. We highly recommend this home.

Our group had a fantastic time enjoying the weather and the house when we weren't at spring training games. There was a abundance of things to do on the property and it was the perfect place for both kids and adults to enjoy. The house was in great condition. We'll definitely be back!

House had everything we needed. The outdoor pool and amenities were so much fun! We paid extra for a heated pool and it was definitely worth it, the kids said it was like swimming in warm bath water. Thanks again!

We planned a 90th birthday party for grandma and out of town relatives. The property worked perfectly and the location was very convenient. All the bedrooms on one floor and the huge kitchen allowed everyone to have what they needed to check in process was extremely easy and I would recommend this property for large groups.

We can't say enough great things about our stay at this house! It had everything (plus a whole lot more) of everything we could need to make our family vacation perfect! The house, yard, location and hosts were over the top incredible! It's impossible to say anything negative as I can honestly say this was the best vacation our family has ever had! We are already looking at coming back as soon as we can!! Thank you to our hosts who went over and beyond what we could expect to help us out with anything we needed!! See you again soon!

Property had everything we needed for our diverse, multi-family group of 13.
Photos and video are misleading, however, as many areas of the home are in need of repair, show signs of heavy use, or are in need of updates. Regardless of these imperfections, we would still book again this location if a future event came about.

Great location-great stay. Pool area and pool house were amazing. We spent most afternoons and sunny hours by the pool. Hot tub was great for evenings. Property manager was very responsive and easy to contact. Seamless check in and check out.

We all had so much fun swimming, sliding, and swinging in this awesome pool! It was great to have the pool house to eat in and take breaks. The house had plenty of space for everyone! Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding, Grandpa and Grandma were excited to have all their grandkids under one roof for a few days. The pool was nice and clean. The house was large enough for all three families to have their own space

We booked this property mostly based on the pictures and videos of the backyard/pool area and it did not disappoint! We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was fantastic! We had two 15 year olds as well as a 7 year old, 6 year old and 4 year old and the pool/yard area kept all entertained the entire time we stayed. One of the best things was taking coffee and a book out to the covered patio and reading while the kids splashed and played around. The pool had a great shallow end for the littles as well as a super deep end for the others and those wanting to jump and dive in.
The pool house (casita) is a great space and was where the teens lounged and watched movies almost every night.
The kitchen is huge and very well stocked with small appliances and utensils.
The owners were great at answering any and all of our questions and were very accommodating when it came to dropping things off a bit early and working around our outgoing flight schedule.
We have done VRBO several times for these vacations and this is by far the best pool we’ve ever had. It will be hard to find another place we liked as much as this one and I can see us planning a repeat visit next year to this property.

We had a splendid time! The house was spotless and the perfect for the size of our family❣️ We had an issue with the hot tub and they handled it right away. The pool was my kids spot of choice, and are sad we have to hard on home lol. Thank you for the stay🥰

We had children ages 5 to 16 and They had a ball. Pool has slide, waterfall, rope swing, basketball hoop, and paddle boards. So many things for them to do. Plus, indoors there is a ping pong table, pool and air hockey. Our group of 11 had so much space to spread out. The pool can be heated and lighted in the evening and is lovely. Large refrigerator and freezer is great for large group. Spices and staples are available as well as a large griddle for pancakes etc. Owners are super to work with and very responsive!

We were looking to enjoy some PHX weather during my kids winter break from school. On the plus side, the pool is amazing, and it was totally worth the extra cost to have it heated in January. The family spent hours swimming and playing in water every day - the pool is truly an oasis! Kids also enjoyed all the game tables (ping-pong, pool, air hockey, putt-putt, etc). However, this house is in need of TLC and maintenance. Almost every wall is dinged up. About half the lightbulbs in the house are burned out. Kitchen is missing 2 cabinet doors. Hot tub is completely unusable with disintegrated cover and plastic components. Outdoor yard is littered with broken equipment. Trampoline cover disintegrated and unsafe. We arrived to trash cans already overflowing, and trash pickup wasn't for a week. All the linens are pretty hard used. Tile broken in the master bath. Dirty / cracked tub in the second bath. Bottom line: our kids 12 and under loved the pool and games, but the quality of the home was more like a Ramada Inn in need of renovations. Not worth it for the overall rental price of house.

The property was very spacious, clean, lots of games & puzzles for kids. Awesome, well stocked kitchen, loads of towels, comfy beds! Then there was that beautiful pool, with slide, waterfall & swing rope that was used everyday! Had a great time! 5 stars!

We had a great time with the pool and all the outdoor and indoor activities that were available. We really appreciated the great supply of beach towels and the laundry facilities. The kitchen was well stocked and made meal preparation easy. Beds were comfortable and plentiful — the kids enjoyed the bunk room, even though it didn’t allow for much privacy. We did notice that there were a lot of little “fix it” jobs to be done to the house itself, but since we weren’t buying it nor living there permanently, we didn’t care much. For example, the sink faucets in the 2 master bathrooms look up-scale but are terrible to use and 1 has no water pressure at all. We found the owner to be very nice and super responsive! We did have some problems with the pool controls but he was always willing to come and help out!

This was a wonderful home that had activities for all! From basketball, indoor pool table, ping pong, dart board , air hocky , a great TV room but the outdoor pool and pool area are amazing! The pool is beautiful and has areas that toddlers can play and the older ones and adults can enjoy the amazing rope swing into the pool. The home is very comfortable and has plenty of room and offers lots of comfort. All of my family already wants to plan a revisit! Thank you to the great hosts.

Amazing pool that your kids will love but tons of indoor fun also with ping pong, billiards, air hockey and games.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location in Mesa is great. Our kids were between 2 and 10 yrs. It was too hot (100°+) for us to utilize the living area in the garage but with cooler weather that would be a perfect gathering spot.

This is our second visit. My boys love having a staycation here with a couple of their friends. I would love to keep this place our secret, but the owners do such a great job, they deserve credit:) There is sooo much to do at this property. Our boys were never bored and we enjoyed getting to play pool, ping pong, basketball, air hockey and darts with them. The owners have upgraded since the pictures on the website were taken and have a pool house addition to hang by the pool. It is even better than the pictures!

Everything is just as advertised and even better. I would suggest this place for families rather than couples groups or young adult groups due to the noise curfew. It's easy to get noisy in the backyard, but we didn't have any problems. We had 13 in our group ranging in age from 2-71 and the place was set up perfectly for everyone and we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This place met our expectations and then some . The communication between the property owners and I were exceptional, no complaints there. The home very was clean. The amenities that were available made it so we didn’t have to leave the home at ALL for anything . The view for the backyard was lovely, the pool was amazing! I would definitely recommend this home again. Will definitely be comin back.
