My family and I who lives in the USA and Bahamas decided to meet in Orlando to spend Thanksgiving together and we choose the perfect place. Not only was it adequate space but it allowed us space to prepare Bahamian food for our Thanksgiving Day feast which was so important to us.
The property manager Paul was very accommodating if we requested anything extra and the owner responded promptly with any concerns.
I didn't give it 5-star rating because the home theatre is awesome but there is no local cable, and it was a bit difficult for us to watch football games, but we found a way.
We had an awesome time in the home and would rent again. That is saying a lot because my family like to nitpick as two of them own cleaning companies.
Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to make lasting memories in their home.

The management company went above and beyond for us! The house was perfect, just a short drive to all the Disney parks, tons of great restaurants around! The only issues were with the heater for the hot tub, and I would suggest adding cookie sheets to the kitchen. Other than that it was great!

Rental was great. There was an issue with the pool not being heated the first day even though it was paid for. Hoping to a get a refund for that day. Wi-Fi kept going out but most of us could use our unlimited 5G.

Stayed there for 17 days with my family from Europe, adults, 5 kids between 8 and 11, and an infant. House and pool are wonderful, we had a great time. The pictures don't do it justice. There is no more carpet. Rooms have been updated. All rooms have big TVs but we never even switched them on. We had a lot of rain and thunderstorms every night so the movie room was very important, it was the only way to get the kids out of the pool before the storm. The massage chair is broken, I would say beyond repair, but the recliners were perfect.
The house has all the dishes and pots and pans you may need.
There were also 2 4-slice toasters, 2 coffee makers, water heater and a lot of other small electric appliances..
The location is perfect, just minutes to Disney. Walmart is close but we liked the little shops and the Target in the Margaritaville area better, which is pretty much the same distance just opposite direction. There is also a lot of nightlife in this area.
We hope to be back some time.

We absolutely love the house and perfect location. We only stayed on night before leaving on our cruise out of Port Canaveral! Would do it again!

Family Vacation
After a minor problem with the spa,we had a great time. There wasn't enough towels in the bathrooms so we had make a Walmart run to buy towels and wash cloths. The neighborhood is great and very well kept up. The family loved both the pool all day and movie theater all night.

Our group of 3 grown children and their 5 children and spouses enjoyed the pool which was very clean and were able to spread out at nite so kids could get to sleep early. Easy drive to Disney.

Another great vacation
Communication with owner is amazing. House was overall very clean and well taken care of a couple of the showers looked like they had not been cleaned from previous renters (large amount hair in drains and on walls of shower) Pool was very clean and relaxing as well as hot tub. Very quick response and actions from Fairways management when questions or concerns were addressed.

We were very happy with the property and neighborhood. The house was clean and we enjoyed a private bathroom for every bedroom. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, but it was pretty spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view was amazing.

Also, the mattresses (especially in the rooms with the twin beds) weren't great and we ended up with people sleeping on couches because the mattress was so uncomfortable.

Great potential, too many little things to overlook
This house is beautiful, in a great location. Gated community, 15 minutes to so many area attractions. However, the house is slowly started to deteriorate, and while it has all the potential in the world, here's a short (not even complete) list of all that was wrong in the house:
*Three of the bathrooms (all on one side of the house) had no working outlets. Maintenance was called, and all we were told was it was a circuit breaker issue, and it was never fixed.
*Pool lights didn't work
*One shower didn't drain at all--gross!
*We paid to have the pool/hot tubs heated, and the hot tub was more like a lukewarm bath. We were told to turn on the jets at the side of the house and it would help--but it did nothing. Waste of $30/day.
*Half of the recliners in the movie room don't recline.
*The game cabinet under the TV in the living room was disgusting. Games literally just thrown in, cards everywhere, torn books. One of the people in our group organized it because it was so appalling.
*One of the lamps in the living room didn't even have a light bulb, and the overhead light flickered so bad it was like a disco ball was on, so couldn't use that either.
Our group still enjoyed our stay, because the house is huge and everyone had their own room and there is plenty of kitchen space. But all these issues made it far less enjoyable. While the host did respond quickly to several of our initial requests, nothing actually got fixed while we were there. Until these things are addressed, this is more of a disappointing property than anything.

We couldn’t use the pool for the first couple days because the water temperature was dangerously hot. There was so much dust and dirt on the ceiling fans that we couldn’t use them. Not to mention the air vents throughout the house were all caked with dirt and dust….disgusting. There was exposed wire outlets throughout the house including the children’s bedrooms. And this is just a small list of unsatisfactory conditions regarding the property. To make matters worse, we were over charged for one nights stay. The host blamed it on VRBO’s calculating system. For the price and location I expected better…

The house was wonderful. Everyone had they own room. The movie room and pool was amazing. We enjoyed everything and was close by Disney.
