Stunning architecturally designed rural retreat set on 7 acres in the stunning Red Hill wine region with spectacular bay views and set amongst established vines. Only moments to neighbouring cellar doors, restaurants & bay foreshore, offering endless fun filled activities for the whole family. The property includes a wrap around deck with infinity edged pool overlooking private establish vines, a North-South mod grass tennis court and olympic in-ground trampoline. It also offers a gas heated spa and fully equipped gym. All the makings of an unforgettable rural escape that's only 5 minutes to the beach and 45 minutes from Melbourne! About the house... The house has zoned living areas that are orientated to the north and open up on to expansive decks... perfect for entertaining or family get togethers. The main wing features a spacious open living/dining with fully equipped kitchen, complete with 2 ovens and expansive island bench.The living area is also complete with an open fireplace & 55" LED TV, DVD & stereo with ample seating for the whole family. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people. The main living area has ceiling to floor sliding doors that open up onto the wrap around deck with solar heated infinity edge swimming pool, gas heated spa, BBQ, outdoor dining for 8 people, sun-beds and aperitif lounge. Direct access to the outdoor fire pit and vineyard. Simply the perfect setting to sit it back and watch the boats on the bay whilst sipping your local glass of Pinot Gris! This wing also includes the study, fully equipped laundry, and master suite with a king size bed, expansive sea views, and large en-suite with large bath tub and WIR. The second wing has 3 more bedrooms: A king size bedroom with shared ensuite (with bath) & WIR; twin king size single beds with shared ensuite & WIR; bunk room with two king single bunks. There is also an extra bathroom to serve the bunk room. There is a spacious rumpus room with an open fire place, separate kitchenette, ping pong table, LED TV, DVD, stereo, DVD's, board games and keyboard piano. Plenty to entertain the kids! There is also a smaller games room with a sofa and TV. The main rumpus opens up onto the wrap around deck over overlooking the tennis court & in-ground trampoline, accessed by an external staircase that will also lead you to the orchard, citrus grove and further vines. The gym is separate to the house located next to the olive grove with sweeping views of Port Philip Bay. Complete with free weights, TRX, yoga mats, boxing bag, Smart TV & air-conditioning. The property is superbly located close to all the best the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Only 7 mins to Red Hill shops, 10 mins to Mt Martha, 2 mins to your closest Red Hill winery, 7 mins to Dromana foreshore. We had a wonderful family weekend at this 5 star property. There are fantastic amenities - the games room, tennis courts, spa pool and outdoor fire pit were all utilized by our family group. The view and surrounds are spectacular. A welcome gift of a local bottle of wine and cheese board, with breakfast items also was a lovely touch. This is one very special property and we cannot wait to return!

If you are looking for a relaxing weekend only an hours drive from Melbourne then this is the place to go.We had a lovely time, fortunately the weather was good and we could laze in the pool and take in the view. The house is a great size plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. Would highly recommend this property - there is no doubt we will go again.

The property was impeccably presented. No detail had been overlooked and our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. In addition to beautiful interiors, the house was incredibly functional and catered to the need of every age group. We loved the wide open spaces, the tennis court, the pool and the memerising views over the vines to the bay. All of this, with the Pensinsula's best wineries and attractions, and the beautiful Mt Martha beach, at our doorstop. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our family of 4 took a much needed mini holiday away and chose Cassis as our base... what a delight! Absolutely gorgeous property, immaculate home and incredible view overlooking vineyards, out to the ocean. The heated spa was such a delight to relax in while our baby napped inside for the afternoon. So much to explore! With the grapevines growing all the way up to the base of the property, lots of beautiful native birds, outdoor fire and even a veggie garden.Thanks Gina, we can’t wait to be back.

Our family stayed at this amazing property for a week and loved every second of it. So much to do: relax in the spa/pool and enjoy the majestic view across the vineyard towards the water, basketball, trampoline and a tennis court. That’s all before you step inside the stunning house. Such a spacious and well designed house. Have to mention the views again towards the bay from various rooms in the house. The house has two wonderful family rooms at either end of the house to relax. Inside the house there is table tennis, board games, two fireplaces and Netflix. Gina is a wonderful host who was friendly, helpful and responded promptly to any queries we had. Would love to come and stay at this house again.

Perfect home for a family reunion /staycation with superb ammenities and stunning views. Pool, Tennis Court ,Trampoline , Games Room meant that we could spend quality time with lots of fun and laughter. The Pinot Grios made from their own vineyard was also a highlight.
