Habitación muy amplia, el baño está muy nuevo y las toallas son de buena calidad. El personal es muy amable. Localización muy céntrica. La decoración es agradable

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, y el restaurante de al lado.
La habitación que nos dieron era una cueva oscura sin luz natural. abres la ventana y tienes un muro, con zarzas. Está al lado de los generadores, y de noche sacan mucho ruido. nos desvelamos varias veces. Las habitaciones que dan a la plaza quedan muy bonitas, pero las de atrás son oscuras y lóbregas. Una experiencia horrible, no volveremos mas. Esa habitación debía ser la de las fregonas. Es una estafa, una falta de respeto al cliente. Pagas casi 100 euros para dormir casi como metido en un container. Nunca me había pasado esto. es totalmente inaceptable.

L'emplacement sur une très belle place en plein centre ville, la modernité (ascenseur, éclairage, salle de bain, literie, le décor, l'hôtel est extrêmement bien insonorisé malgré les passages furtifs et à peine audibles des trains derrière l'hôtel ...) et accueil bienveillant.
Le rapport qualité prix est bon même pour Tolosa (qui est agréable et vivant), à côté de San Sebastian (20mn en train ou en voiture) qui est prohibitif.
Les places du parking souterrain à côté de l'hôtel sont chères.

Accueil très sympathique .très bel hôtel ,espace et confort de la chambre .Balcon agréable .Il est possible de garer la voiture devant l’hôtel pour décharger les bagages .Parking très proche mais attention au départ ,il faut faire tout le tour de Tolosa par l’autre rive pour revenir à l’hôtel !Pour une étape agréable de pouvoir manger et prendre le petit déjeuner à côté de l’hôtel .

Would of liked Tea/coffee faculties in room but there was some available on the same floor to purchase.

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both
There was no reception - the keys were left at the local bar - on Sunday the bar had a full house and we were an extra
It is a great modern restoration - very comfortable and well sound proofed - the main railway line is behind the hotel and you would never know
The entrance is from a lively square and full of life

Parking was not easy and free parking was ten/fifteen minutes walk away. On a first visit to Tolosa this seemed a major problem but on any future visits, now we know the area, maybe not such a problem.
Also, the Booking. Com photo is of the adjoining building and not really showing the Hotel.

Great location, amazing restaurants all around. Beautiful building, very well looked after. Handy to have an additional toilet outside of the bedroom.

The hotel and the room were beautiful and comfortable, it is all well decorated, clean and pretty recent. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.
We stayed at Hotel Bide Bide on New Year’s Eve, trying to escape from the craziness and the noise of the party in our own city… HotelBide Bide was a wrong choice as it is located in the center on a place with bars and not too far from party places.. we heard music from the neighborhood all night long. It might be different on a different time of the year.
Because it was the 1st of January, the restaurant of the hotel didn’t open before lunch time.. so no breakfast in the morning! And the coffee machine at the hotel requires payment in coins :/

Everything about this hotel is beautiful and calming; even the smell when you enter reception makes you feel instantly relaxed and in a haven of quiet away from the bustling square. Our room was spacious, stylish and comfortable and the adjoining bar and restaurant serves delicious food at excellent prices, especially breakfast. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Everything was perfect. This hotel could be classified as a 4 or 5 star hotel! The reception was awesome, the hotel is very nicely designed, big comfortable room that is sound proof. Restaurant next door has a great menu and I enjoyed my stay immensely.

An amazing surprise to find such a beautiful hotel in the middle of the town's old plaza. Our room was just perfect, modern comfort and sleek decor with a great shower and beauty products. The restaurant is also sleek & modern serving delicious food with the best of wines at even better prices. We congratulate the young people who took on this project with such vision to create an hotel which would be appreciated anywhere.

The hotel is well located and recently opened. In some ways it is basic but very much better than the two star listing might suggest.
We only saw one staff member who was exceptionally helpful.
The adjacent café and bar is very convenient. Can recommend.

This hotel is just perfect! Now we are on a roadtrip in Spain and this was our fourth hotel and it was really exceptional, regarding all aspects. The room was spacious, cosy, clean, very comfortable. There was a huge bed and huge bathroom. Despite its central location, the rooms are very silent (some of our colleagues were in another hotel nearby and they could not sleap because of the noise, but BideBide was super silent). I can fully recommend this hotel, it is even better than on the pictures!
