Nice 3 storied appartment on the first floor with big livingroom / kitchen combo. 3 nice double bedrooms on the 2nd floor plus 1 pretty dark & small bunk bed room with no window. Under the roof there are 2 more rooms for 2 persons each, that are just suitable for kids or smaller adults as the roof is really low. Also it gets really hot up there in the summertime and the stairs up there are very steep! We can recommend the place only for 6 adults plus 6 kids maybe. Location is good though, just a short walk or pedal the the lifts and city center. Also pretty quiet from the outside, on the inside the house is pretty clairaudient especially the stairs make a lot of sound. Bike shed and bike wash is useful, as well as 3 parking slots. Kitchen equipment was OK but pretty old and used already.

Rip off with cleaning costs after departure pretty much ruined the overall experience! We were 9 adults between 30 and 40 years old, leaving the accomodation in excellent condition (clean floors, clean kitchen, bed linens and towels in the entry area). Two broken items were reported from us, as well as one blocked shower that was like this from the start. After arrival back home we received message from Leslie at Morzine Immo that we had to pay 100 € for the blocked shower. After explaining this issue was from the very start, the costs were then suddently for the "cleaning company that spent twice the normal time in the apartment". We pointed out that is not the case, so the reason then changed to ALL bathrooms being blocked. Furthermore they accused us of being more than 12 people all of a sudden. At this point the issue was handed to booking.com, hopefully they can help in solving this! Very disappointing to say the least, the communication before our arrival was nice and prompt, we never thought it could end like this. We will never book with Morzine Immo ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing that!

Good location and very good condition. Bottle of wine on arrival and sauna was great extra touch.
