自動チェックインの方法の案内が事前になく、無人チェックインの時間でしたので、 30分近く外で待つことになりました。 神楽坂店の方が対応してくれたので、無事ホテル内に入れましたが、このような事になったのは初めてです。 テーマパークに近いので、自動チェックインの時間帯にチェックインされる人が多いと思いますが、疲れてホテルに来て外のベンチもないところで、待たされるのは体力的にもとても辛かったです。 神楽坂の方からは謝罪の言葉を頂きましたが、入船の方からは、何の声掛けもなくとても残念でした。 今後、入船は利用しません。

We loved this little gem of a hotel. Very helpful with my questions before arrival, easy late check in (if you complete the online steps enroute from the airport), very spacious by Tokyo standards. Very comfortable for our family with two adults and two young teens for a week. We loved the quiet location, yet so close to many train and bus lines that we were a short hop anywhere. Convenient for Disney and Tokyo Shinkansen. Lawsons next door. Little balcony, which was nice. Great bathroom set up and lovely bath for soaking after a long day. Very clean and comfy, we even got used to the Japanese pillows, we were so tired after our flight we hardly noticed and then got used to them. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

It’s hard to find something we didn’t like…at a push it would’ve been nice to have a Netflix service for the two nights we were home early enough to watch tv. Most nights we were out (lovely safe neighborhood). But we did enjoy watching Japanese TV!

Clean, location, amazing staff

We stayed for 9 days, everything was clean and comfortable, have elavator, cloth iron, kettle, fridge, microwave in lobby, and everything you need. Great location and lawson is just next door, helpfull staff.

Liked everything about this property, it was excellent. However it was noticeable that room could use a repaint and bit of TLC to remove the scuff marks on the walls.

Great location, peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It was bright during the day as it allowed natural light to enter the room through windows and the door to the balcony. Each room occupies the entire floor of the hotel, so it's quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was also beautiful and equipped with the toiletries we needed to pamper ourselves after a long day. The location was pretty central and close to the Tokyo station. There was a 7/11 a few steps away from the hotel. Overall the location was highly convenient to us. Check-in process was automatic and very simple even when we reached the hotel pretty late at night (about 9pm) and there was no one to man the front desk. Will definitely come back the next time we visit Tokyo.

What a lovely little place this is. Has a lot more space than a basic hotel room, small balcony was a nice little extra. Beds were comfy and the hotel staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Location was ok, 8 minute walk to a couple of train stations and a Lawsons convenience store right at the entrance. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Very comfortable rooms, there were five of us in one room. Modern interior.

Need to walk a bit between train stations, didn't really bother us. We walked to Ginza, about 20 minutes, easy walk. We ended up walking to Tokyo station as it was just as quick.

The communication with the team on booking.com was great, they are prompt in replying your queries and they are very helpful! Location is ok, with two metro stations, not the main JR line. It's about 20 mins walk to Tokyo station and also abt 15-20 walk to old Tsujiki outer market. Lawson is just right beside the hotel The room is very cosy with it's minimalist design, loving it! overall, the place is great!

The heater in the room wasn't really hot even though I turned up to the maximum.

The location was good. Central & easy to move around. provided sufficient towels for the family for 4 nights. Good value for money.

The hotel has fuss free check in although they do have an operating hours of 10am - 6pm. Those who wanted to deposit their luggage earlier will need to note that no staff will be at the hotel before and after that. So we returned to the hotel to deposit our luggage and were given the room keys. However we could only check in after 3pm. When we got back late at night, the luggage were already in the room. The place was small but had everything we needed except for laundry service and washing machine. Any other toiletries needed or plates to get yourself at the main lobby. Microwave is provided at the main lobby. Place a magnetic card outside the room door to inform staff if you need it to be cleaned. Room was neatly arranged with the humidifier turned on when we got back. 3 minutes walking distance to a 24 hour coin operated laundry service nearby and Lawson and supermarket around the corner. There’s a nice 24 hr noodles joint right outside the train station. Over all, very satisfied with the hotel!

No washing machine and no early check in.

What a nice place. The room size was very large, the interior looked great and the price wasn't even bad! My favourite hotel in Japan thus far.

Nashi Well, the pillows were the typical hard pebble Japanese pillows, which I personally don't like.

no staffs at the property before 10am and they did not mention it in the emails they sent. Walked to the property and called and they just told me to wait until the staff come (around 5-10mins before 10am). Advice: don’t expect luggage storage service before check in/ 10am. No staffs present after 6pm too.

Close to Tokyo station, roomy and clean. Nice decor and has everything you need to spend a comfortable night or two.
