The welcome we received from Jelena at the apartment was great and the surprise bottle of wine, fruit and biscuits was fabulous as myself and my husband were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Jelena also helped us with our bags when we were leaving to go on our cruise. She went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

Nothing. Wished we had another night or two

A 2 min walk to the beach and about 5-7 mins to old town. Very comfortable bed, not too many steps like a lot of other accommodation in Split ( I think there is even an elevator for your luggage if need be). Air conditioning works fantastically and the host is extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

The suite was exactly as listed and even offered some surprises, like some free cool drinks and fruit. Everything was perfect, the apartment was close to all important places (train station, ocean, city center) while still being in a quiet part of the city. Communication with the host was great, we got a lot of help regarding check in time and suitcase storage. All in all nothing to complain about, I was pleasantly surprised and would visit again. Thank you for making our vacation stress-free and memorable!

Nice boutique feel, positioned between the beech and old town. Polite staff and communicated by WhatsApp which was very easy and convenient

Slightly odd enterance, you enter an apartment block and the rooms are on the second floor, not that clear when you arrive although the host was quick to come to get us and very helpful

Location was fantastic as it we could easily walk to the beach, centre of Split, the port and local amenities. Jelena checked us in and she thoroughly explained everything. It was great that there were coffee and tea facilities in the room as well as a mini fridge.

A luxurious and comfortable room in an amazing location (2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the promenade/old town). Apartment is well stocked with everything you need. Host was amazing; knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The rooms look exactly like the photos and are very lovingly decorated. The hosts are super friendly and can always be contacted with any questions during the stay. I had booked the room with breakfast, which is then served in a small restaurant about 2-3 minutes' walk away. The selection is not the largest, but everything is very tasty. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the old town from here, and from there you can do and see a lot.

it was clean and comfortable and had good ventilation. we could easily walk into the old town and we appreciated having a parking spot for the two nights we were there. we had an issue accessing the parking spot (no fault of the owner) and he was there very quickly to assist.

not crazy about the decor and aesthetic of the room, building and immediate surroundings - but it was a good value and has all the important features we needed.

I stayed for one night as I was transferring from Split to Dubrovnik by Ferry the next morning. For €240 a night, I did not see the value. The unit was small but comfortable; however, it did not provide anything spectacular. Digital Interactions with staff were timely and friendly.

It’a and 11 or 13 minute walk depending on the route you choose from the train station. The 11 minute option involves walking at a gradual but steep incline — which makes traveling with luggage very difficult.

Property is on fantastic location, quiet, but close to the city, with nice terrace where you can relax and have a drink at the end of the day. It has everything you might need. Martina is a great host and I would sincerely recommend this property.

Fantastic location near the beach, port, and old town! Room was modern and very clean! Having a fully stocked kitchen (excluding food) was also great!

This was the first place like this we’ve stayed at that didn’t have daily cleaning service (you can have it for 15€ a day). The hot water ran out after 3 minutes in the shower which was very frustrating.

Fantastic location to ferry, bus, beach, the riva, and Diocletian’s palace (old Split). Nice bathroom.

Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything. Having a place to park my car was great.
