Save money and rent this 1BR with sleeping options for 4 in the bedroom instead of renting a 2BR which can cost $700 or more for the week. Enjoy the view from the balcony (ocean view, main pool and NEW waterfall view that is over the main pool). IMPORTANT: The current waterfall was replaced as were the 3 oceanfront hot tubs. The large waterfall you have seen in the past near the main pool has been replaced with a new lighter waterfall over the main pool - you will be able to sit under it. Other pools have sprays, baby pools and baby wading area, and a small slide. We also have a partial tennis court view. Our location enables one to "people watch" and see much of what goes on in Seapointe Village. Seapointe Village is a private 17 acre OCEANFRONT resort very close to Cape May. It is in the Diamond Beach section of Wildwood. But note that most homes in one of the 3 oceanfront buildings (North Beach, South Beach and Pinnacle) are not Oceanfront, but have ocean views instead. We have ocean views - you can see the view from picture number one as it is taken from the balcony. This resort is a private 24 hour guard gated community with a private beach, 4 large pools (one is an indoor/outdoor pool and each one different and unique). • 6 Jacuzzis throughout the resort, • a sauna room, • exercise rooms, • a game room, • 2 tennis courts, • deli hut, • many rock waterfalls and "dancing water" lagoons • barbeque grills throughout • 2 firepits • small playground • Sign up for a massage at the main pool in the gazebo! • Grab a drink at the beach bar just a few steps next door. Each year we have our condo professionally cleaned in the spring. During this deep clean process, the drawers in the kitchen all get emptied and washed down as well as inside the cabinets, the tile grout is scrubbed, beds and couches and dressers are moved and cleaned behind them, vents are cleaned out, the tops of door moldings get dusted, he moldings get painted and any marks on the walls repaired and painted, etc. We then have professionals come in weekly during the season to do what is considered "turnover" cleaning that does not include deep cleaning due to time.
