The view, layout and location. It was all stunning, luxurious and exceeded our expectations. We would undoubtedly return when we visit South Africa again. Outstanding!
Washing machine ate our clothes. That said, they couriered the clothes to us promptly and gave us a tracking number for them. Very prompt and responsive.

Every room had an aircon. Cleaning services came in daily.
Location in Ballito is just amazing.
Spacious!! Surprisingly so. Lots of place - LOTS of place to sit.
Overall a very lovely stay with family..
We only received one set of keys for 3 families to share. That made things slightly difficult in terms of locking, getting out of the estate, etc. We were, however, given a 2nd set of keys lateron - that helped tons!

The location was good.
The rooms were cramped, I feel. The middle room.
Cleaning was not done daily, which was a slight hiccup.

The property was everything we asked for. Please buy new pillows they are old and flat. Fortunately I wasn't sharing I used all 4 and still I wasn't comfortable

The property was exactly the way it was advertised ,quiet no noice, sisJoyce came to clean ,she's very friendly n kept the house clean. The security is very good, guests keep to their houses.
The kids would have loved to have wifi

It was very spacious, very comfortable and Ballito agencies were very accommodating and very willing help. I had to move this trip at least 3 times and I had absolutely no trouble. A very hassle free and relaxing stay.
I didn’t really have any problems or concerns worth pointing out. Maybe some spare blankets and towels would be convenient but there’s air-cons in every room so again, no real issues here.

The unit has very nice views and arcon in all the rooms. Beautiful braai and lovely patio.
