About this house rental
Situated in Seaside Park, this charming house for $528 per night is a great option for your next trip. Special Note for the 2024 Memorial Day and June inquiries/rentals- We cannot rent to families with teenagers. Please do not request to book if you are booking for your children. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and best suited for small families. Minimum rental age-30 years old. Beautiful, bright, and recently remodeled. A short walk to the beach and the bay. Our home has 2 bedrooms + sun-room. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The seaside boardwalk is only two blocks away. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and best suited for families. Minimum rental age-30 years old. Bedroom 1- master with queen bed; sleeps 2 Bedroom 2- bunk beds (twin) over full; sleeps 2 adults & 1 child *top bunk is only suitable for children Sun-room 3- daybed; sleeps 1 Living room- pull out sofa bed (queen); sleeps 2 Sleeps a maximum of 8 people (7 adults, 1 child) **Please be aware-Owners may be staying in the guest house that is located at the far end of the property. The guest house is not attached to the main house that is for rent. Owners will not access the house while you are renting, however they may share the driveway at times. Driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Includes 4 Seaside Park beach passes. Please include the purpose of your trip in your inquiry. In addition, you will need to bring your own linens and towels. Bed quilts and pillows are provided.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was so clean. It sleeps more than you think because of the pull out couch and the trundle bed. The outside shower was such a bonus. The backyard was perfect for outside entertaining too. A nice long table with plenty of chairs. And the cherry on top was that the owner was so pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely take my family back to this house.

Great Seaside Beach House
The location was close to the beach, bay (perfect for sunsets), and the boardwalk. The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated. Laurie was very accommodating and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend!

Beach Goers Paradise
This home is perfect for anyone looking to get away and go to the shore. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street less than 3 blocks from the ocean. The accommodations are cute, comfortable, and homey. This property is perfect for young families and adults, alike. Proximity the beach, boardwalk, and local playground are unbeatable. Laurie is a superb host and her home is immaculately clean and well kept. She has all the beach necessities for you, just pack your bathing suit and go! We can’t wait to visit the XO Shore House again next year!

Perfect Jersey Shore Getaway
The property - perfect location in Seaside Park. Short walk to bay and beach. Nice quiet street. Short walk to boardwalk as well if you're looking for more action. Way bigger than it seems! Super clean house and the backyard was perfect for grilling and playing with the kids. Outdoor shower was a huge bonus! It felt like home.
The hosts - Laurie could not have been more accommodating and easy to deal with. She was available to answer any questions we had at a moment's notice. It was a pleasure to rent this home from her.

Great Property
Laurie’s home in Seaside Park was a terrific. We all agreed that the home and property itself was even better than the photos. While it’s not large, the space is well utilized and was well suited for our family of 4.
The house was well appointed, with enough cooking utensils and a nice gas grill to be self sufficient. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 minutes, but should call out that there is a busy road to cross (although that was never an issue for us). Otherwise, the neighborhood itself was quiet.
Overall we would recommend for an easy beach getaway.

Lovely time at a lovely house
We had a very nice stay at Laurie’s house. It was ideal for our family. It’s clean, nicely renovated and the central A/C makes it feel heavenly inside when needed. The house is perfectly situated between the shore and the bay. The bayside sunsets were epic! Also, Seaside Park is a quiet, family-oriented town not to be confused with the rowdier Seaside Heights nearby. With that said we did enjoy the boardwalk in Seaside Heights for family food & fun. The beach passes were clutch for access to the very nice local beach. Outdoor shower is an added bonus. And Laurie couldn’t have been nicer.

Very nice updated Seaside Park cottage on quiet streetclose to beaches.
Owner was very responsive whenever we had any questions. House was very clean and in good condition with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. It's a short walk to a city park with a playground on the bay side and about a 3 block walk to the Seaside Park beaches on the ocean side. There were four of us plus our one and half year old granddaughter. There are major grocery stores a short drive away in Seaside Heights and Tom's River. Lots of local restaurants if you prefer not having to cook while on vacation. There's an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water for washing off all that beach sand. Washer and dryer were much appreciated for keeping our limited quantity clothes clean for a week. Air conditioning worked well along with the many ceiling fans. There is a shed with beach equipment and bicycles but we didn't use that as we brought along our own beach tent and umbrella.

Best home away from home.
Very clean and beautifully decorated. Having all the amenities and the extras like beach passes, Wi-Fi and A/C made our stay so enjoyable especially traveling with kids. Owners also provided a wonderful outside area for all your family needs. 5 Stars is not enough for this property. Best beach house I have ever stayed in and will only stay here in the future.

Everything was perfect
When checking into a VRBO all you can hope for is that the reality meets the description provided. This rental actually exceeded my expectations. The property owner was so considerate of making our stay amazing. She communicated with us timely and so efficiently making sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was. The home was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was family friendly, as described, and the area attractions were precisely the distance she said it would be. My husband and I are considering renting again next year if available. I have no complaints at all about this rental and highly recommend it.

This property is perfect. Excellent location close to the fun but far enough away to have a peaceful and quiet vacation. Owners are helpful and available 24-7. House is exactly as pictured. We will book this rental again next year.

fantastic rental home
We had a great family vacation staying at this home, it was a perfect size equipped with everything and more! It was clean, inviting and cozy and the owners were delightful. Also in close proximity to all the fun but far enough away to come home to a quiet safe street and my daughter especially loved having the park down the road. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we are at the Shore!

Very cozy & great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfy. It accommodated my family of five very well. The location is great. Especially if you prefer not to drive once you arrive. We took advantage of the park right down the road, crabbing off the pier, beach/boardwalk, and the local shops...all within walking distance. The outside shower is also a plus. Great seating outside as well. And the owner was very accommodating as well. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Perfect Summer Getaway
This property was an absolutely perfect choice for our family vacation week in Seaside Park. The location is ideal, and with two children, 8 and 2, we were close to the O Street playground and just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The home was spacious and immaculately clean, and Laurie the homeowner has supplied the house with everything you might need for a week at the beach. She was wonderful and went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. In fact, when she realized she forgot to leave the beach umbrella out for us, she had an extra one delivered so we wouldn't be without it all week. A wonderful home, a wonderful week at the beach, and there is no doubt we'll be staying here again. Thanks Laurie and Gary!!
