Terrasse, Teich und Außenanlage. Ruhiges Wohngebiet. Erreichbarkeit der Stadt mit dem Bus. Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Neue Pfanne.
Fäkalgeruch im Bad, Waschtisch ist so breit, dass man nicht gerade auf das WC sitzen kann. Wenig Geschirr- und Handtücher. Alte, rostige Töpfe, möchte der Gastgeber austauschen.
