This apartment was modern, spacious and nicely appointed and well laid out. It had a nice outdoor balcony and view of the pool. The internet worked well which was important to me as I worked remotely and on video calls regularly. The property is all walking distance to Playa del Ingles, Yumbo, and buses throughout the island. Only thing to note is the stairs at the entrance to the property, although I believe there is a way to enter via the driveway. I did book the Stargate apartment online, but instead got the Universe one, but they seemed exactly alike. The host was super communicative and answered my questions within the day, if not immediately. I'd certainly book this place again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Lucas was very responsive to any questions and concerns. My only complaints are that the toilet seat lid would not stay up and that the neighbor upstairs was very loud. The loud neighbor was more of a nuisance, especially at 3:00am, but we weren't in Playa del Ingles for the apartment so were out about most of the time. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

From the pictures, we could see this place looks something special, and we had high expectations. We were staying for a month, so we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable and relaxing for that length of time. I would say that our expectations were exceeded in all ways. Communication and check-in process were very smooth and informative. The location of the apartment is just perfect for us - just a few steps away from the Yumbo centre, but in a very quiet area. Plenty of shops very near for all the basic things, plus we found an area with bigger supermarkets (Mercadona, etc) about 15 minutes' walk away, with more choice. As for the apartment itself, well I don't really know where to start - everything was great! We could really tell that this place has been designed and furnished with amazing attention to detail and standards. All the space is maximised to provide storage and plenty of facilities in the bathroom and kitchen, while still having a very relaxing feeling in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is so well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook meals, with a great dishwasher and - wow - such a great coffee machine! Now I am back home, I really miss being able to press the button and get a freshly-ground espresso. Connectivity was great, with the smart speakers in the bedroom and living area, as well as the large screen TV. Great to be able to listen to music/radio every day, and watch Netflix/etc when we felt like it. Pool area was clean, and always had space with available loungers. Balcony on the apartment was very nice to relax in the cool - it is always in the shade, which personally for me is a plus, after being out in the sun. So many more great details I could mention, but I think you get the picture. Overall, we just became totally relaxed here and felt very well looked after. I really hope we can come back again soon!

Lägenheten var mycket modernt inredd och hade all utrustning som man kan behöva även för en längre periods boende. Vi bodde där i fem veckor. Köket var välutrustat med kaffebryggare, kaffemaskin, brödrost, vattenkokare, kyl och frys. Det fanns även grundläggande kryddor, olja m.m Tvättmaskin och diskmaskin samt dammsugare fanns också (den var dock inte tömd på länge så den rengjorde vi själva och sen var den helt OK.) Sänglinne och handdukar fanns i tillräcklig mängd. Det finns även mycket utrustning för strandliv, parasoll av olika slag m.m Bra internet och smart-TV med Netflix. Ljudanläggning finns också. Läget nära shopping och nöjen liksom stranden är utmärkt. Trots läget nära nöjeslivet var boendet lugnt. Ett litet minus är att det aldrig finns någon sol på balkongen med den sken i överflöd bara man gick utanför dörren. Kontakten med värden Lucas var lätt via Mail . Das Apartment liegt fussläufig zum Yumbo und zum Strand von Playa del Ingles. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ausgestattet. Der Verwalter Luke ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lebenmittelgeschäfte und Bäcker sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist super... Alles vorhanden und super toll eingerichtet... Zentral und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe... Supermärkte, Bushaltestelle, Restaurant, Yumbo, Strand usw. Kommen gerne wieder.... Danke
