This spectacular condo is located on the 8th floor of the Sonoran Sea with breathtaking views of colorful sunsets on the Sea of Cortez. Wake up listening to the waves on the beach and enjoy your coffee or meals on the 300 square foot patio/terrace. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo can sleep 6 people comfortably. Please note that we give 10% of the nightly rental amount to local charities that we support! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the 32 inch TV and smart DVD player. The second bedroom offers a new mattress as of 02/2023 for the king size bed! It also has a 32 inch TV and smart DVD player for those who want to relax away from the beach and the water. There is a queen size fold-out couch/bed in the living room. Here you can also enjoy the new 55 inch screen smart TV that includes Netflix, along with various DVDs. The condo has secured, high speed, dedicated, WiFi internet access including free Netflix in each bedroom. The kitchen is up to date with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen wares needed to enjoy your home cooked meals. The 6 person dining room table extends to allow for extra seats. This allows you to continue to enjoy time with your family and friends while sharing meals together. The condo is managed by the property management company on site. If there is ever a question, concern, or issue, you can go to the front desk and they will help you with whatever is needed. Tired of cooking? There are 5 restaurants within walking distance. The swim-up bar also has food. Relax and enjoy easy access to pristine pools or a clean and safe "Sandy Beach". The condo has been recently updated and is ready for your family and friends to enjoy just as much as we do!

This was our 1st time staying at a condo and we loved it. Andrea is such a great owner always checking up on us and making us feel welcome. Condo is more than i expected, pretty spacious beautiful decorated and has the most amazing views. We'll definitely be back again.

This condo was absolutely impressive. Very well loved and designed with happiness in mind for sure! Perfect location, view, and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again and again! I only wish we could have taken our trash out, but didn't know where. We asked and they said to leave it. Other than that....5 stars for sure!

We loved the Sonoran Sea property and were delighted that there are restaurants right outside the gate. The condo was clean and stocked well. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided. The kids watched a little youtube on the TV so that was nice to have to keep them occupied when we were getting ready. The views are amazing. The elevators were clean a reliable. We will be back!

We enjoyed the very large patio with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax and take in the gorgeous views. The condo is well stocked with loads of beach gear including towels and chairs. We found the owner and the on site management to be very communicative and responsive. The Sonoran Sea resort is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and is well maintained. We hope to return in the future.

We had an amazing time at this property. This totally exceeded our expectations, everything looks exactly like it shows on the pictures. This resort is very family friendly, everyone is very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back!

This condo is AMAZING for end of summer break vacation. The views of the property and sea will have you sitting on the patio for hours! The beach chairs that are provided were perfect for the hours spent on the beach. There's a great little breakfast place outside the resort as well. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Andrea is quick to respond.

Hello there, We arrived on Thursday afternoon and this was our 1st time in that property and we were very Impressed with our arrival. Front desk was very prompt with our checking process. We got to our Condo and we were Impressed again cause the A/C was on and the condo was just Amazing. Everything was in place. Internet, washer & dryer, kitchen was equipped with anything that a kitchen needs. The Cleaning staff where on top of our needs so that said the only word I can describe what we experienced is OUTSTANDING!!!! Please keep it like that so we can continue going to Rocky Point. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend in early July 2022 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Great memories that will last a lifetime for our family. The condo itself is spacious, nicely decorated, with a nicely stocked kitchen, which was important to me as we planned to eat in for some meals. We really enjoyed being on the 8th floor with beautiful views with easy access to restaurants and beach. The Sonoran Sea complex had a wonderful pool and beach area where we spent many hours (don’t forget your volleyball). We enjoyed having the ability to rent jet skis and quads at our finger tips. Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing vacations we had. Thank you, Andrea, for the wonderful place to stay!

The condo and the resort amenities are wonderful! When you step out on the patio you instantly are taking back by the panoramic view. Andrea is a gracious host and is completely knowledgeable of the area. It is the best place to stay at Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back!

This was and excellent location. The check in process was fast and easy. Everything was done through the property manager. The place was clean, only thing was door was hard to open do to it rubbing on the tile. Only reason we went to office was to get the bracelets. Would stay here again.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean which is the most important to us. The beds were nice and comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets. Ice cold AC unit. Washer and dryer were great! It was nice not having to go "oh darn we forgot that item" because it was already present (big bonus). Andrea was superb in communication response time. Would highly recommend renting with Andrea in the future.

This place was clean staff was friendly and it is larger than it looks in pictures. This was plenty of space for seven of us! The view was perfect we could see the beach and pool from our balcony it was quiet in the evening and I would definitely stay here again.
