Welcome to our Family Holiday Home
Perched high on the hill, embracing 180 degree views, our self contained home provides stunning ocean views from the main floor, with a combined spacious Lounge Dining @ Kitchen , with a new full Bathroom on this floor as well
The Kitchen is fully equipped including Coffee Machine, Microwave, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Electric Wok
WIFI now available
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in upstairs living
All Bedrooms have Ceiling fans installed
Slow burn Log fire for the winter with plenty of wood supplied & 2 Large Ceiling fans for cooling breeze in the Summer
Down stairs are 3 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom with a soaking tub ,with separate Toilet, and Laundry
The Balcony provides a perfect setting where meals can be enjoyed while watching the surf at the famous "Yallingup Break" , Whale watching as they cruise up & down our Coast, and the ever changing Sea conditions
The Log Fire in the winter months encourages you to pass the time with Books, Games , or some local produce you have found on the days travels just 10 minutes away

We are centrally located to Horse riding, Cape to Cape walk, Wineries, Restaurants, Gallery’s Fishing, Surfing, Chocolate & Cheese factories, walk to Caves Hotel

We had a fantastic week - the perfect house for our first family holiday with two kids. The view is stunning. Very relaxing to watch the surfers all day and close enough to walk to the beach for multiple swims. Highly recommend the Gugelhupf bakery up near Caves House for fresh bread every day.
