J’ai passé 4 nuits avec mes 2 filles dans l’appartement de Jordi où rien ne manque. L’appartement est cosy, lumineux et très bien placé entre nature (près des criques de la réserve) et la ville avec le tram à 2 pas. Jordi est un hôte très agréable. Merci!

Bonne expérience, très bon séjour sur la côte d' azur . L'appartement est idéalement placé. Port , tram , commerces, restaurants dont l excellente pizzeria "made in sud" à proximité .

Il s'agit d'un logement rénové. C'est pas le Négresco, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très accessible en bus tram ou train, nous aurions pu nous passer de la voiture de location, difficile à garer dans ce quartier ! Pourtant nous avons visité du Cap d'Antibes à Monaco. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire. A recommander.

Excellent appartement très agréable et dans lequel on se sent chez soi immédiatement. L'accueil prévenant et bienveillant de l'hôte, sa vraie gentillesse a permis de se sentir attendus et de faire sien cet adorable lieu. Equipements complets, luminosité et espaces aérés au Port de Nice au début de la délicieuse corniche qui offre une autre perspective de Nice, plus Nature et authentique. Merveilleux séjour.

La location est à recommander . L’accueil est chaleureux, l’appartement propre et dans un quartier tranquille mais près des transports, des restaurants et de la Vieille Ville.

Great location- close to shopping, the "Old Village" and to the sea. Local transit makes it easy to get around the city and out lying cities. Our host, Jordi, was very helpful and a wonderful ambassador for the city of Nice and the surrounding area.

First we have to say that Mr. Jordi was a perfect host. Communication over the Internet was efficient and in person we have met a very nice man that spoke perfectly English. He was well prepared with all the information that we would eventually need (about the apartment, public transport, restaurants, cycling routes....). The apartment is located in Nice Port in 2. flour. It's a bit quieter than in Centre of Nice but not to quiet. There are a few good restaurants in the neighbourhood and late afternoon or evening walks with watching the "rich and famous" yachts are also interesting. It's a 15 min walk to the old Nice (and till 19.00 there's a little boat free of charge that brings you on the other side of the harbour). The apartment is very well equipped and allows you to feel comfortable as if you are at home. And for cyclists we have to say that this is a perfect location. In 10 minutes ride you are out of the centre on non-busy roads and you can cycle through many hilly villages, or on panoramic roads. And at the end of the ride you can stop on an espresso at a stylish shop/bar Cafe du cycliste that is just around the corner. We could store our road bicycles in the apartment (there is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow) and wash our clothes in the washing machine (that's a great bonus). All in all we can say that we have had a very nice stay where we could feel as at home (but better as we were on our holiday). M&G

While we are familiar with Nice, this was our first time staying in The Port area and Jordi couldn’t have been a better host. Our incoming flight was delayed but Jordi still met us and gave us “the grand tour” The apartment has all mod cons, is bright, nicely designed and very spacious and is beautifully located in a quiet location with supermarket and restaurants nearby. It even has a sea view and we were afforded views, from the apartment, of berthing cruise liners and the Corsica Ferry on a regular basis. The shoreline walks and port area are splendid and not overcrowded, which suited us perfectly. All in all, a wonderful stay and very good value Justin and Olive Ireland

Lovely apartment, not fancy but has everything you need. Small view of the sea with lots of boat activity, fabulous area close to the port, owner very congenial. We stayed 5 weeks to do a French course and highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed for 1 week in this wonderful apartment and of course could have stayed much longer! It is so comfortable and we felt at home in it right away! It is well equipped and just perfect for two people. The view down to the harbour from the window is calm, tranquil and a delight each morning. The location is super too as everything is so close including many excellent restaurants. We especially enjoyed Glouphile winebar and Les Agitatueur on Rue Bonaparte. We loved La Vigna overlooking the port, superb food and fantastic views. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks each day along Promenade des Anglais which was just 10 mins from the apartment! To add to all this Jordi was a great host meeting us on arrival and always in touch throughout our stay! Merci beaucoup Jordi, a bientot!

The apartment is modest but very comfortable and sufficiently equipped for a happy visit to Nice. Jordi is a fine man,polite,courteous and helpful. For an economical stay in Nice,you would be hard-pressed to find a better place.

We SO enjoyed our stay in Nice! Jordi was a very hospitable host! This apartment is in a great neighborhood, within easy walking distance to the old city and the beach. There are markets and restaurants very close. The location was also very good for the day trips that we had planned. It was a pleasure to look out at the sea every morning! This place was clean and perfect for two people. I highly recommend this apartment in Nice!

The apartment was impressive; nicely furnished and well situated by the port. There were good restaurants right by and the apartment is just a short walk to the old town and other areas of interest.

This is a charming apartment on a quiet street, located just a few steps away from cliffs overlooking the sea, excellent cafes, and convenient public transportation to the center of Nice. The apartment is light and airy, with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The owner Jordi is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here again whenever I am in the Nice area.

The apartment was ideally located, some 50 m from the Mediterranean and a short walk from the Garibaldi square. Street was quiet and yet shops were right there for convenience. Bus stop was close. Jordan was helpful and available.

My husband and I stayed here 7 nights. The flat was well stocked, very clean and smelled lovely. Setting the reservation up with the owner before the trip and then communicating with the owner while we were there was incredibly smooth. We are extremely thankful we stayed here. We totally recommend this place for your vacation! Within walking distance for us to everything we wanted to go to in Nice. Wifi worked well and never went out. Nice restaurants, bus stops and grocery stores all nearby. Beautiful views from the room, and a really roomy flat considering most flats in Europe are small. You won't be disappointed with this flat and owner!

Our family of three persons had a pleasant week in this apartment. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it's luminous with a pretty little view to the sea. The location is good, the area is extremely calm and quiet, though there are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood, and short distance to the main attractions. The premises were clean and practically equipped, everything we needed were there. The owner is kind and helpful. The apartment matches the description very well and we are happy to recommend it!

Our wildest dreams were exceeded. The apartment was superbly equipped, had a delightful sea view and was flooded with light. The icing on the cake was as warm, helpful, considerate and non-invasive a landlord as one could possibly desire. We cannot recommend the property and its owner highly enough.
