Welcome to our spacious condo unit next to the mountains in Canmore! Time to kick off your work and stress, and start enjoying your precious time nestled amongst the beautiful Rocky Mountains and lakes! For your health and safety, the property management is now practicing enhanced sanitizing and cleaning procedures. Only 10 minutes from Banff and 45 minutes from Calgary! Stop renting hotels when you can rent a luxurious suite comfortable for up to 8 people at a very affordable price! Two queen beds in one bedroom and one king bed in another room, along with a jacuzzi bath. The living room has a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with all the utensils. An outdoor swimming pool, in-door sauna and gym are onsite for guests' use.(note the sauna and gym are temporarily closed due to current government regulations, but the pool is open!) There is no daily maid service, and bed linens and towels are not refreshed during the stay. A set of washer/dryer is available to use inside the unit. Guests must deposit a credit card on file at check in for damages and any charges. They are solely responsible for missing and damaged items in the suite during their stay. They will have their own card key access to the room and the underground parking. There is an outside gas barbecue for common use on first-come-first basis. An elevator is available from the underground parkade up to the two levels of this building (the third level is a private level). There is a one-time $10 CAD fee for wi-fi for the week, no other resort fees will be charged. ***Please note for a 7-night stay, it starts from a Saturday to the following Saturday.***
