Certainly not a Palace! Dirty, dated and a waste of money

Location was good, staff were friendly

On arrival I noticed fridge door open, the freezer compartment was FULL of ice with the previous persons drink in there. I immediately told the owner. The next day I mentioned it again. Three days later nothing had been done. I moved out. The place wasn’t clean. Big crack between glass divider between neighbours. Hairdryer holder coming away from wall

Lovely 4 night stay

Staff always Friendly, food and drink good. Good location close to town centre. Nikos bar has a great atmosphere and plenty of choice.

A few bits in the room a bit dated. Nothing important though.

Clean, comfy and easy to access

Really comfy and clean rooms. Had an evening flight and was allowed to keep my room on for an extra €20 as they had the space. Staff really helpful.

A bit noisy in the echoey corridors very early in the morning. Unsure if this was staff or inconsiderate guests. Lots of banging and shouting :(

Good value for money, but they need to buy more Wifi routers and a bit more modern equipment.

Good price. Cheap breakfast. The room was clean and large. Small annoyances, but overall, good value for money.

The Wifi had very weak signal, they need to buy more WiFI routers. That was the biggest issue. Minor annoyances with the air-conditioning releasing the smelly water outside our balcony, but they were solved when asked.

please book another hotel, this is just 1* motel

air conditioning 15’ to the beach

the pictures on the website/booking are totally different the place is very dirty and old the furniture is broken in the bathroom water splash everywhere because of the shower on the walls you will see dirty and also dead mosquitoes the owner/lady from help desk was very rude - always asked if we paid, double checked and talked with another lady in Greek language 1st night we stayed at 3rd floor and 2nd day they moved to-1 floor she told us that on the 1st night we will sleep good and then we will change because the room was not ready the rooms are quite the same, -1 floor or 3rd floor anyway, very bad experience, I don’t recommend this MOTEL

Poor

The place is close to some beautifull view points

We had to change rooms even if we paid one month before. Room looked like is 'under construction' and for sure they are not as presented in pictures. Staff was kinda firendly but poor english.

Overall everything was just perfect and I would go there anytime soon.

The place was quite big and it had all you would possibly need. The personnel was really nice and helpful. The position was close to some restaurants and also close enough to the beach (aprox. 10-15 min)

The wifi connection was really bad inside the room. Although at the bar was good enough.

Never going back to this hotel

it was advertised as self catering. there was not one item of cutlery or utensils there wasn’t a kettle nor a cup. The fridge had an icebox at the top which was completely iced over which dropped water over anything in the fridge making all items inedible and soaking wet.

Nice balcony and pool area, great bar with good coctails, food and staff! Very-very good, Nikos! :)

Nicos and his family are great food is good rooms cleaned every day and clean towels

The room was very dark with poor lighting I hope that they take time and freshen up the rooms and outside building

Disappointing

Very clean otherwise. Comfortable and good facilities. Lovely views.

1. The disgusting swerage stink in the room. When I complained they said they will get the cleaners to put chemicals in the open drains in the room. Why is this not done automatically??. The cleaners are there everyday and they cannot SMELL it!! The owners know full well that this is a problem so why not preempt and sort it BEFORE we complain. 2. It is not really self catering. No kettle or toaster. Fridge was not sealing so didn't work very well. Probably only be able to boil or fry an egg on the 2 plate stove. 3. Make sure you know which room you are booking as they tried to move us to a twin room saying they made a mistake. I booked a studio based on the pictures and thats showed exactly what I had been given. So no I didn't move. 4. Although it is only a 15 minute walk to the beach, the road is busy and no pavements to walk. So you need to be vigilant .
