There is a public parking alongside the building, where you can park your car without problem and free of cost. Neighborhood new, very clean, quiet and safe. Nearby there is market 2 times per week, with local fresh fruits, bread, cheeses and meat delights. In just 5-10 minutes driving distance you can get to the main parcs of attractions as TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, GOLF CLUB, MUNDO MAR and TERRA NATURA. In 5 minutes walking distance there is a large Super market "Consum". In 3 minutes driving distance - Carrefour and Mercadona. There are several minimarkets in walking distance as well. And a lot of cafes and restaurants, opened from morning till night. And the good point is that you should walk 3-5 minutes to come to the cafes area, so the noises from there can’t disturb you while you rest in the Penthouse. The apartment is equipped with all new appliances (air conditioning / heating system in all rooms, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee, machine oven, toaster), Wi-Fi, barbecue, towels, bedsheets.
