The living & dining rooms have plenty of space & allow a lot of natural (sun)light with a large (and small) balcony which has comfortable and durable outdoor furniture to conveniently relax while overlooking the outdoor shared swimming pool which can be used all year round. This condo is equipped with all new furniture and appliances which includes a flat-screen T.V, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, and an electric teapot. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. This gated community also has free assigned parking and 24 hours on-site security, free WiFi. ***Please note that Electricity is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rates for ANY length of stay! and is required to be paid in cash to the Property Manager at the time of CHECK OUT.
