The newly completed resort complex is just steps away…enjoy the two pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub and interactive fountain all nestled amongst comfy seating and tropical landscaping. If you are headed to the beach, simply catch a ride on the community tram which runs from March through October. Don't feel like riding — the pristine white sands of the coast are waiting for you just a 5-minute walk away! Head downstairs after a relaxing day and enjoy some pizza from a 30A favorite, Pizza By the Sea, or sample scrumptious Tex-Mex at La Cocina Mexican Bar and Grill. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
