Great room for our family of 4. Enjoyed the two full bathrooms. The hotel is very modern and with green energy in mind. The Aquapark was a great fun for everyone and staying in the Resort made it even better as you feel “at home”.
The pool was closing too early (18:00 is still sunny) and the food wasn’t at the level we expected. Some food was over cooked (spaghetti) and some was strangely only boiled meat or veggies. Yes, there was variety, but it looked strange and the taste was very flat. Most times only good tasting options were fried food and that is not good enough for such a great stay otherwise.

There is free access to the aquapark, one of the main reasons we booked the hotel.
The stuff was very polite. It was very clean.
We had breakfast at the Baltic restaurant the first morning, beacuse it was in our building and it was closer. It wasn't busy at all. The next morning we wanted to have breakfast there again, but the host said we need reservation (the same one from previous day that let us in) and the place was almost empty. We didn't want to argue, so we left but we didn't feel good.

The room and swimming pools , there was a welcome drink in our room as a surprise. It was really nice.
There are no additional free water in the room, so you have to take your bottle with you to refill the bottle in the dining room , or buy a bottle of water from bars

Breakfast and all the meals were excellent. In fact this hotel is not recommended if you try to lose weight. Try the separate restaurants (also included) instead of the buffet - the food was too good, too diverse, you had to try a bit of everythjng.
Also the complimentary services were highly appreciated. Swimming pool, billiards, bowling, table tennis, tennis, we had it all.
You had the feeling that in full season it would be too crowded. But in full season you also have the aqua park, so I don't think you can be bored here.

We played for free, 8 ball pool, snooker, table tennis, bowling, video games; thanks to the booking made on Booking.com, we had a dinner at the fusion restaurant; we send many thanks and a big hug to the animation team for the karaoke and dance evenings, as well as the games and activities throughout the day; we appreciate the excellent job done by the cleaning ladies; we thank the ladies at the reception for taking care of all our requests; the beer and cocktails at the bars are very good; the parking lot was equipped with photovoltaic panels, and the cars were in the shade; we used the basketball court, fitness center, saunas, and indoor pool daily.
The drinks at the buffet-style restaurant are of low quality; we couldn't find a basketball at the reception (luckily, there was a Decathlon store 30 km away); we felt that there was better quality of cooked dishes when the resort was more crowded compared to the days when there were fewer tourists.

The personnel was amazing. Hotel personnel and especially the animation team for the kids (Bogy, Heyson, Tony). Amenities are great, among others great sauna area and spa, tennis, football pitch, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, game room, bowling, pool etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Last year we visited the Wave resort (in close proximity) but we prefer the Aqua Paradise resort, even though the aquapark was not even open at the time of our visit.
Restaurant and food are good, but Wave Resort beats the Aqua Paradise Resort only in this respect. Definitely not a dealbreaker though. Only thing below par are the cocktails, which are sirup based and not recommended. Quality of the wines could also be improved.

The hotel and the aqua park are very compact. You do not need to walk too much to access the facilities. The hotel is looking really good, modern style. There are plenty of slides in the aqua park, and with really good designs. The hotel, the room, the pools were clean and tidy.
In the room, at first sight, everything is really pleasent, but at a closer look, the finishings are not that good (bathroom door had a gap when closing, the wallpaper was starting to peel off).
The drinks offered were not of a good quality. All the cocktails came from a drink disposer and were not at all good. The beer and the wines are of a medium quality.
The food was not that good either. Quite limited choices, especially if you want to stay away from deep fried. There were normally 3-4 main courses, if you are not counting the fast food type, and the taste was not that great. The scrambled eggs and the mashed potatoes were made from powder. All in all, in my opinion, the restaurant was far from an all inclusive restaurant in a 5 stars hotel.
In the aqua park, the walking surfaces are slippery. They seem to know this and they covered some of the areas with some anti-skid material, but this material is breaking into small pieces.
The aqua park closes early (1830 when we were there) and the slides will stop working even half an our before closing time. On some of the slides, the personnell will stop people from standing in the line 1h before closing time.
The biggest problem we had in the aqua park was that we ruined ALL our swimsuits, and some of them were used for only one day. All of them seem to have melted, even got holed, due to friction with the slides.

Location is good, room is comfy and functional, shower is large with good pressure (this is rare in Bulgaria). No minibar, though. Food is good and you will have what to choose from (even some healthy stuff). Drink all you want! :)
Half of personnel apparently thinks that hotel is built for them, so they could get pay, without doing much and guests are monkeys for them, another half is trying their best, but are limited within the "rules" :) Example: there are 2 a la carte restaurants, but you can't just come, you have to book "in advance" even if it's empty (I had to insist to get it - and it really was half empty, when I said I am OK with 2nd restaurant as well and lady then said it's not working - why did she ask me "which one" in the first place? ;) ), then you can't have what you want, even for extra pay (it's only "no, you can only take X or Y, not X AND Y"). Reception doesn't know anything about guest services, you have to go somewhere else. No ability to get any snacks out of restaurant/bars' working hours - not even a vending machine. So, intentions are good, this one is among the best hotels in Bourgas, but lets remember, it's Bulgaria and people and specific and hence the result.

The place is new and lovely. I liked the pools and the spa. The food was excellent choice and fresh. I liked there was more than one place to eat. I liked there was quiet pool area. The waterpark was excellent and no ques. The rooms were serviced daily and they did an excellent job. It looks nice with plenty of seating areas around. The balcony was great to sit out on.
The hotel is out of town a bit from Nesebar and there is not much else around there so unless you went to the beach there isn't anything else to do around there and you need your own transport to get around. The desserts became a bit samey after a week.

Large, clean, new hotel. Loads of facilities - pools, children’s pool, children’s club, soft play, spa, games arcade, bowling alley, restaurants, water park. Good selection at the buffet, polite staff. Easy to take a taxi to Old Nessebar, which was beautiful.
There could be a canopy over the outdoor kids play area.

Very nice, spacious and cosy rooms, clean pools, clean hotel, good facilities, friendly personnel. Aqua park is definetely a plus for fun. The food was diverse. The kids had a wonderful time and so did we. About 10 minutes walk to the seaside. Almost comparable to other 5 star hotels în Bulgaria.
Beverage for the all inclusive is limited to local brands and they are kind of cheap. A bottle of water in the room every day would have been nice because after 23 there is no open store in the hotel.

The hotel is a 4 star one, although it is much more than many 5 star hotels in Sunny Beach/Nessebar where I have stayed. I booked 5 nights and extended on the Hotel, another 4, so much the children liked it. The food is extraordinarily well chosen. Anyone can be satisfied. The entertainment staff was one of the best I've ever met in a resort (always active and ready to serve you, I greet Dimana, Reya, Hassan, Karina, Nia and others this way). Each night there is a kids program and also a show for entire family (magic show, cirque, singers, dancing). The pools are very well sized so that there is no congestion. The aqua park is also beautiful. A grade 10 vacation. There is a bowling alley, ping pong tables, a fun games room and a SPA. The management clearly has a great merit in keeping the high standards at this hotel. We will be back in September. Although I rarely write reviews, I recommend this hotel to anyone 100%.

Modern, clean, well maintainained hotel with spacious rooms, quality service and choice of food/snacks in the restaurants and bars. Of course cool aquapark just next door is a great advantage, considering the nearest beach 10-15 min. walk. Really great place for families with kids and all who enjoy that kind of laisure.
Sometimes a bit crowdy in the main restaurant (need to wait a few minutes to get a table) but it’s not a big deal in principle.

The Hotel is very large and looks very nice, very clean, the whole area looks very attractive.

The spa is quite nice, they have a variety of saunas and a pleasant relaxation area.
The room was pretty clean and the cleaning ladies did a great job changing the towels everyday and cleaning the room.
Even though we had a double room and not a twin room, we had 2 single beds which were united. This is something a lot of hotels do, but still it's a bit deceiving.
The bathroom door is squeaking pretty badly and you can easily wake up the other persons at night (this is something easily fixable)
The balcony door was getting stuck pretty often (this is also something easily fixable)
The Hotel pretty far from beach and the road is not that great looking if you go by foot

Smooth check-in/out& polite personell. We had Splash acces meaning access, food and beverages in aqua park (fast food but verry good). On last day we check out at 11 o'clock but we could have free acces in aqua park for the rest of the day.
The quality of food was lower than expected. The courses were repetitive each day. Cleaning in the rooms must be done better (the curtain was stained, under the bed it wasn't vacumeed, etc)
The distance to the sea (we knew/expected).
We couldn't make paid reservation to any of a-la-carte restaurants (they said that they don't have enough personnel so they make reservations only for quest with longer stays - we staid for 3 nights but we would have been willing to pay for reservation).
At the Baltic pools were a lot of mosquitos - we couldn't use them because of this. Maybe some repellent treatment must be done. Also there wero no mosquito nets in the rooms :(.
