Located in San Pedro del Pinatar, this charming villa for $210 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bus station, center and the San Pedro Monday morning market. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, fitted wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink with furniture. The second and third bedrooms are on the first floor and both have a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The spacious bedroom at the front of the house has a large sliding door with access to a terrace. The sliding door upstairs also has shutters so that you have privacy and can darken the room well. On the first floor there is also the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with furniture. All bedrooms and bathrooms have blackout shutters against the sun and light. The living room has a very large sliding door with special foil so that you have privacy in the home and still allows a lot of light through. The foil also blocks the heat in the summer. In addition to the foil, there is also a canopy with remote control so that more shade can be created outside. The living room has a TV with a wide variety of channels, including Belgian, German, English and Dutch channels. In the living room there is also a dining table with 4 chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped. Large fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher. The garden is walled and can be reached with a lockable gate. At the front of the Villa is a shower and a private swimming pool. Outside is a spacious dining table where you can eat together and enjoy the delicious Spanish weather. Do you want to laze or sunbathe, there are two sun beds available. The shade has also been considered, there are 2 beautiful parasols for shade. So you can optimally enjoy the beautiful and sunny Spanish weather, sunbathe, eat and relax in the sun and if you want to cool down you can do so under the outdoor shower and then in the swimming pool. The well-known and free mud baths of San Pedro are only 3 kilometers away, the baths are known for their beneficial effect against all kinds of skin problems. Lubricate nicely, let it dry in the sun and then simply rinse and experience what it does for you. At the Modderbaden there is also an ordinary beach beach and boulevard with various restaurants. If you like a walk then you can also walk to the salt fields, a beautiful nature reserve with beautiful nature and birds, if you are lucky you will see flamingos, among other things. If you like diving or surfing, you can go to Cabo de Palos. Even without these sports, this fishing town is definitely worth a visit, a harbor with various fish restaurants that are known for their fresh fish and a lighthouse with beautiful hiking area around it. There are several large shopping center (Dos Mares in San Javier and La Zenia) in the immediate vicinity. In San Pedro itself you can also find several nice shopping streets, various supermarkets and restaurants. Every Monday morning San Pedro has a large market and on Thursday morning a market in the neighborhood itself, Lo Pogan. There are also several golf clubs in the immediate area, Lo Romero, Las Ramblas, Real Campo de Golf Campoamar and VillaMartin. Also several larger cities that are very worthwhile to reach within the hour, Alicante, Cartagena, Elche, Murcia and Torrevieja are just a few examples. In addition to enjoying the sun, there is also plenty of entertainment at short distances. The beds are made upon arrival and towels and beach towels are provided in the home and can be used in the home and at the pool. Please use your own towels for trips to the beach. The property is equipped with many conveniences for an ideal holiday. There is also a washing machine that can be used.

Had a lovely 18 days holiday, you really do need a rental car as the buses are not very frequent and taxis are expensive. Great villa for a base to explore Alicante Murcia and surrounding areas

The house is as shown in the pictures, the swimming pool is great, the neighbourhood is safe and quite, well located if you like to enjoying the festivities of the town. A car is a must.

A very modern property which had everything you could possibly ask for including a lovely pool and cable tv. It was well stocked with utensils, crockery and was very comfortable to stay in. Would definitely consider another stay in this property.

We had a great holiday and the villa was excellent and had everything you would ever need for your stay. The pool was a great addition and perfect for a peaceful family holiday, we all loved it. Any questions we had were answered straight away, so no problems at all and we hope to visit again

The Villa was very modern and contemporary. Built to a very high standard. Located in a good position 5 mins from SAN Pedro Del Pinitar Town, 5 mins to beach, near N332 motorway and AP7. It is about a 40 min drive to the New Murcia Corvera Airport and about the same distance to Alicante Airport. Torrevieja is about a 20 min drive. Dos Mares Shopping centre is a 7 min drive away which has lots of shops and restaurants. The management company who were Diana and Wico were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the building work going on across the road from the Villa which went on from early morning to late evening every week day. This was not mentioned when we made our booking. There was also other building work going on in the immediate area. The view from the front of the Villa was rural land which again detracted from the ambiance of the surrounding area. The developers could of built a communal park or children’s play area. As a family we were out of the Villa most of the day exploring the area so the building work noise didn’t effect us greatly. But if you were coming here for a quiet relaxing holiday, we wouldn’t recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay the villa was excellent spotlisly clean modern and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. The only downside was the building works nearby and next door was being worked on with drilling at 7.30 in the morning. I would certainly book again in the future Diana was great and explained everything about the house

we had for weeks at the villa three men golfing mid February until mid March the villa is spotless and contains everything you need . outdoor is great as you get the sun all day by the pool . Diana made you really welcome and nothing was to much trouble if you need a manager this is the person for you a big THANKS from all the boys
