The house is located in the center of Lido del sole, seaside resort of Rhodes Garganico. It is accessed by a wide driveway that can be used as a parking space. A 500-square-meter garden surrounds the property which consists of three bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining, bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the garden there is a second outdoor shower. The village is located close to popular tourist destinations: Tremiti Islands, Vieste, Pugnochiuso, Mattinata, S. Giovanni Rotondo, Monte S. Angel.
