They have some snacks out beside reception.

My room was right beside the entrance and I could hear the microwave and people outside my door. The wifi doesn't work. There are no staff to attend to you in reception and it feels rather deserted in the hallways. I needed to call the hotel to get assistance since there was no one at reception. My bed felt too springy and I felt itchy on the bed. The mattress felt and looked old and a hole behind the bed was patched up with wood.. The location was in the middle of nowhere near places to eat other than the supermarket.

The location is near to the beach and there is a nice restaurant close by. Tea and coffee making facilities are by Reception area. The elderly couple and lady who greeted me were friendly. There was good sign posting going up towards the property.

When I arrived the front entrance wasn’t opened. I tried to ring the door bell but there was no answer so I resorted to phoning the owners to let me in. Can I suggest that they have the front reception desk open at set hours to let guests in. The signage to the hotel is confusing old style hotel Singh with new style name which clash. They need to work on their branding style. Rooms could do with refurbishment to upgrade them. This place has potential.

I liked that the room had a huge porch off the bedroom, a nice firm bed. plus guest are offered fruit,tea, and snacks

The city seems nice

It's not the cleanest place. Some spots which we think are mold: curtains and wall corners. No toilet brush. Smells moldy.

a breakfast could be included and a permanent staff would help, wifi not available, replacement of water and cups for coffee during the day also would be good

I liked the kindness and the possibility to have a coffee and a little cake as a snack or as breakfast. Supermarket just some meters away.

Check in and out was very easy. The private terrace was nice though I didn't use it except to dry clothes (walking the Camino). It was close to a friendly bar.

Finding anything reasonably priced in Vigo is difficult. I got as close to town as I could without going broke. It was still high so my expectations were higher.
