About this condo rental
RiverWatch is located in the Historic District of downtown Beaufort, SC. Suite B is a short walk-up second floor unit that's beautifully decorated with a coastal and beach theme. There are two (2) very comfortable bedrooms with the Master having a Sealy Posturepedic queen and the second bedroom having a double. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room with a thick coiled spring mattress. All linens are provided. The full bath has a shower and tub combination. Your kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, medium refrigerator, full size microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. There are also essentials for cooking and dining. A shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor as well and all detergents are provided. This property is well equipped with free WI-Fi, and easy to use Roku offering multiple channels and unlimited movies, a 50" 4K Smart TV, Blue-ray DVD player and four DVDs movies, all filmed in Beaufort. There are two bicycles per unit for your peddling pleasure as well as a Hunting Island Beach FREE access pass. Directly in front of your entrance @ 701 Congress St. are two parking spaces, one each for Suite A & B. More parking is available behind the Cafe. There is one boat or RV parking spot on the corner of Congress & Scott St. See VRBO 912215, the 1 bedroom unit across the hall for our 5 Star Reviews! We stayed here for our son's graduation from Parris Island. Everything was better than expected! Every clean, accommodations, and great communication. Just 12 minutes away from the base and very easy to get there with just 3 turns. Kitchen has everything you could need.

We love staying here (this was our 3rd time). It is close to downtown, easy to get to the islands. This is our go-to place when we go to Beaufort.

Excellent communication prior to our stay.
Great location! Place was clean, private and secure. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed extra days. Arranging additional days to our rental was easy to do.
It was convenient to the main part of town yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The bikes provided were an added bonus!
There were a couple of things that we felt could be improved. The condo, especially the furnishings, need to be updated. The couch was very worn in living room. The AC unit worked well in one bedroom but not very well in the other one.
We plan on visiting area a few times in the next year or so and we’ll definitely consider this property when booking lodging!

I took my nephew on a fishing trip to Hunting Island and Edisto Island for a week. This apartment was a great place for us to relax and recover from long days of fishing. No complaints!

I look forward to my to r at Riverwatch, each year! Stumbled on it five years ago, and have returned many times, since then! The location is perfect; the bikes, the pass too Hunting Island, the coziness of the apt and it has everything to need! Walking distance to the waterfront park and shops. I absolutely adore this property!!!

The place was nice and clean. Very happy with staying here, would stay again when we come to Beaufort. Communication was great with host. Beaufort is a lovely town and easy to get around in and this place is close enuff to everything.

We love this property and have stayed here previously. It is always clean and quiet, and the hosts are great to work with. Location is perfect for wandering around downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Also easy to get out to Harbor and Hunting Island for time on the beach.

Great place to enjoy a weekend in Beaufort.. close to everything. Apartment had everything you could possibly need. Very clean, comfortable beds. There are stairs so anyone with mobility issues it might not be the best option. The cafe was not opened during our stay but several options close by. We felt very safe and it was very quiet. Highly recommend! We even took advantage of the beach pass, but arrive early as parking geta full fast!

Location in uptown at the edge of the Historic District gave easy access -- walking or driving -- to all of the lovely sites and historic attractions in the downtown, as well as to great restaurants and shops. Do not miss a horse carriage tour of the historic district if this is your first time in Beaufort with its gorgeous antibellum homes and other important historical features of the district.
The only improvement for the Riverwatch property would be an upgrade to the staircase leading from the building's entrance on the first floor to the two upstairs apartments. The staircase is difficult to negotiate without a good deal of care and its condition presents a poor impression of the property on first arrival.

Our conference was 1 block away so this was perfect! Clean. Easy to get to and all the things we needed! If we return for conference again next year, I'll stay here again!

This property was very comfortable and really had everything you needed for a vacation. We met the owner Mark as soon as we got there and he was just a wealth of helpful information: history of the area, recommendations on where to see wildlife, best beaches.
We had a problem with the dvd player, I thought we just couldn't figure out the technology but it turned out the dvd player was broken. They replaced it the next day!

Well located in the town of Beaufort. Clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that the sofa is older and unsupportive. Made movie night uncomfortable. Overall a good place for a long weekend.

If you want a very nice and very clean updated place to stay this is it. Only downfalls are there is no place to go outside to sit and relax, it can be a little noisy with the traffic and the businesses, and the stairs are not the safest. The downfalls are minor because of how nice it is and how nice the owners are.

The apartment was very welcoming upon arrival with soft music playing on the TV. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is in the perfect location for visiting the city. We enjoyed a trip to Huntington Beach with the park pass included with the rental. We highly recommend renting this apartment!

Perfect location for easy access to shopping and dining!! Apartment was spotless and had everything there that you would need and more. I wasn’t crazy about climbing a flight of stairs but that wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

Our stay was great! The apartment is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds and living room. Great location for walking to the shops and restaurants or just strolling around the neighborhoods and waterfront. Unit with stocked with soaps, shampoos, and all necessities. Free laundry was appreciated too! We didn’t get to use the bikes because of Hurricane Nicole but will be back and will definitely bike the trail. Enjoyed dinner at Dockside twice for lobster tails, Plums for lunch and drinks at Qs watching the rain while staying dry under their covered patio. Unfortunately Magnolias bakery downstairs was closed for maintenance but hope to try that next time too! Thanks for a great stay and for being great hosts!

The apartment was clean, smelled good, had everything I needed for a week's stay. Management went above and beyond when a hurricane started heading Beaufort's way and I decided to stay through it. Location was convenient and easy to find.

Overall the property was as advertised. It was well furnished, clean, and a good location. However, there are seventeen, steep and narrow steps up to the apartment and seniors or those with mobility issues will want to be careful.

We have stayed here many times when we have visited Beaufort! It is always very clean and within walking distance to everything downtown which is helpful when we visit during festival times. You walk out and see the water! Can't wait to go back!

Apartment was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked with some basics, and very clean. Manager was friendly, accommodating, and easy to get in touch with. The property was just as pictured, and I would definitely stay here again!

The two bedroom apartment was just right for our little party of five. The pull-out couch bed was comfy as well as the other beds. Location close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying here, the location was fantastic and had a great view to the Beaufort River! The apartment was cozy and very clean and had all the amenities you would need!!(blow dryer, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent). We would definitely stay there again!!!

We fell in love with this place!
My mom picked this place and I really wasn't sure what to expect. We ended up really loving it! It was so clean and so cozy. The beds were so comfortable. It was quiet and safe. The location was awesome! We were just a few blocks from.Bay Street with all of the nice restaurants on the water and not too far from.Hunting Island State Park. The drive to the beach through the park is stunning. We loved the beach there and , as always, LOVED the low country. Such a beautiful place...
