About this condo rental
Ideally located, front sea, at the Promenade, Doca do Cavacas and Praia Formosa area, this apartment is nicely furnished with calm light colours, 2 huge balconies facing the sea, 3 bedroom comfortable for up to 8 persons, 1(one) spacious master bedroom with en suite bath room with water tube and shower, 2 (two) twin bedrooms and 2 (two )extra comfortable beds in the spacious living room and 1 family bathroom with water tub and shower. The kitchen has all commodities, table and chairs. All living areas, bedrooms and kitchen have big glass doors leading onto the two hug balconies overlooking the stunning views of sea and Cabo Girão Rock for having meals, relaxing sunbathing and looking the sunset.

This is a wonderful large 3 bedroom apartment in a great location with a 180 degree view of ocean. One hour walk along water to both Funchal and Camara de Lobos. On bus 2 route and Aerobus stop (to airport).

Nice and big flat, very nice view and balcony!
Overall we had a very nice stay! The appartment is big, clean and very comfy. Both balconies are big and have really nice views. Restaurant, Supermarkets and Forum Madeira are close. That's really nice.
Things to improve:
Small ants problem but thats normal in madeira (had this in other appertments to).
Internet was very good but it was not or only partially working in most of the Bedrooms due to wifi signal strength. (In all other appartments we stayed on madeira this was the same problem, maybe due to the material the walls are made of). But could be solved with signal repeaters.
In one of the Bedrooms (in the middle), the beds are really not nice.
In the kitchen there are only really small pans. Would nice to have a big pan or somethink like a wok.
The images in this app are not nice and does not show the whole appartment. In reality the appartment looks even better and bigger so I don't understand why the pictures are that bad honestly.
But this are only small things. The rest was fine. Also the fact that we have our own garage was really nice. We would recommend this appartment. (:

Everything you need, and more.
We had such a lovely relaxed holiday in this bright, airy apartment. Chose the apartment for the balconies and views and we were so pleased we did. Only two of us but we agreed that the apartment was so spacious it would be great for a family holiday. Very well equipped and beautifully presented. Ate locally most nights as great choice of restaurants. Large supermarket in forum only five minutes walk away and as other reviewers have stated, local buses were regular and reliable (can be busy for return journey so usually got on at stop nearest cable car and always got a seat).
Many thanks to the owners and lovely ladies who greeted us and came to collect keys at end of stay.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Enjoy.

Our last day and we don't want to go. Lovely apartment, very spacious, great views from front and rear. As described. Our hosts on WhatsApp if we needed them. Great WiFi, new 42" LCD TV, loads of towels, sheets, etc. There were 6 of us for the first few days and it was still very spacious. Great, quieter location very close to sea pools and lidos. Pizzas next door were a staple diet for our boys, and when we cooked, utensils were ample. We got bus cards charged in the supermarket next door for cheaper transport and a family card for the local swimming facilities at the first lido to the left (5 Euros per adult, we thought, was a bit steep). If you can, hire a car, skywalk and teleferico (cablecar) at Capo Girao and the caves at Sao Vicente and pools at Porto Moniz were well worth a visit . Thoroughly recommend this area and apartment.

Furnishings and fittings are first rate. Amazing position near to supermarket and restaurants. The number 2 bus stops right outside and goes into Funchal every 30 mins. You can also catch the number 1 or number 4 and get off at the Forum. Alternatively easy walks along the promenade to the Lido.
We enjoyed breakfasting in the sun on the balcony and having Gin and Tonic as the sun goes down.
TV lacks English channels but WIFI very good. DVD player very useful.

We were 4 adults and two Children. Our stay was wonderfull, thr flat was really big and lighty, we enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and the seaview was very amazing.

We are two couples from Norway who spent two wonderful weeks in this apartment. The description of the apartment is very precise. Lot of space for four peaple.The sea view is fantastic, not only from the front balcony but also from the balcony at the backside. We found the apartment clean and in good order. There are a few restaurants nearby, and many more in the Lido area which is within walking distance. The town bus is stopping just outside the front door. The several kilometers long beach promenade from Lido to Camara de Lobos is passing by the building. A super market is found in the neighbour building and the Madeira Forum shopping centre is a few minutes walk away. It is a pleasure to recommend this apartment to others.
