The location is perfect! Every place is close and you can reach most places in half an hour (we had a Vespa). The mattress is very comfortable, one of the best beds i slept in during my holidays. The apartment has everything you need!

The terrace was great, but unfortunately in common with the neighbours who took over it :-D so we never stayed there... But Elba is nice to discover and travel so we really wouldn't have had much time to spend at the apartment.

The place is very well situated, views from the apartment are nice, outside of town in an orchard but close to the beach and some shops. Comfortable beds, bedroom and ample space. Private parking. Heating works well, very useful outside of main season. Extremely helpful and friendly helpful hosts.

Place could be a little cleaner. Sometimes missed a few tools in the kitchen.
