On the bay side is a kids playground and pier where you can go crabbing and fishing. Take your family for a bike ride to Island Beach State Park, less then one mile away where you can enjoy the beach while bird watching away from all the hustle and bustle. One mile further up is the famous Seaside Heights board walk where you can enjoy the famous NJ funnel cake, while your kids go on a ride or play skee ball at one of many arcades. This Condo is fully stocked with all you need for a beach vacation. We provide 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, linen and towels. We have free WiFi and cable TV. Since we have central heat and A/C you can enjoy my condo year round.

My husband, sons and I stayed at Gabriele's place in Seaside Park for 2 nights. The location was perfect for us to be close to the beach, and also only a short drive to family we were visiting in Toms River. The weather wasn't the best (mostly rain), but on a better day/during the summer season, this location is pretty unbeatable. It is walkable to places to eat and both the bay and ocean beach. We will definitely stay there next time we visit the area.

We’re so happy we found Gabriele’s place on VRBO! Clean, roomy, convenient location, nice neighborhood, well supplied with everything we needed…it was perfect! The porch was a great place to sit with our cocktails in the evening and watch the world go by. Gabriele was very responsive to our questions and check in/check out was so easy. Thank you Gabriele and we definitely hope to be able to book with you again next year.

Wow! One of the best experiences we've had after many years of renting through VRBO. The owners, in particular, were exceptionally responsive. A month before our rental, I emailed them for info on how to access the apt. Within a few minutes, we received a welcoming letter with all the pertinent info, including the access code to the property. In the past, owners would wait until the last minute to give this info, causing undue anxiety. The owners also thoughtfully texted us to let us know that the apt. was ready for check-in at 11am, so we didn't have to wait until 3pm check-in time, giving us a whole extra afternoon at the beach. The apt. was lovely, well-located, 1 block to beach & 1 block to bay; 1/2 mile from Island Beach State Park, well-appointed, and well-equipped. Had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Look forward to returning.

We enjoy our so much our vacations here. location is great we are 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the bay/pier. The ice creams in the corner are delicious an there is a great place for breakfast 1/2 of a block. No need the car except to go to island beach park, our favorite beach in NJ shores.

The condo was spacious and clean with a great balcony to relax on. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and across the street from an ice cream shop. Gabriele was flexible with check in so we could spend some extra time at the beach. Great host and space!

My husband, son and I just got back from a wonderful week spent in this unit in Seaside Park. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, comfortable and well thought out hideaway for 3 people. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook (or not) and we were especially impressed by the "Breakfast Welcome Basket" waiting for us on our arrival. We were really so impressed with all the "extras" and amenities (towels!) provided to us. They have thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy a comfortable week here. The bathroom and bedrooms are painted nicely and there was enough room for everything we needed to bring with us, and we especially liked the washer and dryer in the unit when we needed it. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and beach passes to use was extremely helpful as well. The location of the unit is perfect because it's literally a block to the beach or the bay either way. Parking was never an issue and there were plenty of places nearby to get either food, bait for fishing or ice cream across the street! Island Beach State Park was nearby and the Boardwalk was a quick 5 min drive when we wanted to venture out. Seaside Park is a great low key vacation spot for families and this unit is perfect for a small family. We can't say enough about the owners too. Gabrielle was super efficient with our reservation and our overall experience was seamless from the start. We loved our time here so much we are already trying to figure out when we can get back there again. We highly recommend this unit and don't see how anyone would ever be disappointed with this wonderful unit. 3 Happy Campers Julie, Elmar & William

Condo was clean, neat and had plenty of space to unpack. Feel at home touches including beach passes, personalized welcome note, welcome basket and laundry facilities in the unit. Enjoyed the sea breezes and shade from the balcony. Very smooth and enjoyable experience. Such an easy location walkable to bay and beach, convenience stores and ice cream shop!
