The location was ideal tucked away in a quiet alley about a 20 minute walk from the station. It is very centrally located for sightseeing, the shops and places to eat. Our room was beautifully decorated in a typical French style with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. The balcony was a good size with table, chairs and loungers overlooking the courtyard. Please read the instructions carefully to connect to the WIFI (we didn't so had no wifi for some of our stay!). There is a barcode on another page separate from all the others which we missed. Rosa was lovely, as it was my birthday and because of the confusion over the WiFi she gave us a bottle of wine and some crisps to enjoy on our balcony. If we visited Beziers again we would definitively stay here.

Instructions on how to operate the TV would have been useful but we only wanted to watch it one time so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for us.

The stay was fantastic! Our lovely host was so helpful and kind - some great restaurant recommendations. We met some other lovely guests and it had a real homey feel to it. Would definitely recommend!

Charming courtyard and good location.

Not value for money "Breakfast" was very underwhelming. The owner was a little agressive.

An incredibly quaint, peaceful, relaxing and comfortable guest house hidden away yet right next to the Cathedrale Saint-Nazaire. The host is very accommodating, speaks good English and wasn't able to help us enough with information about Beziers. We visited Beziers during the Feria and this accommodation was a wonderful haven to retreat to from the manic (yet highly enjoyable) town centre.

No mini bar / fridge to keep drinks cold and there's no lock on the room door. Whilst we had no concerns over the host, it is a little concerning having to leave your room unlocked with access to other guests!

Excellent location, lovely accommodation. Rosa the owner is very friendly and welcoming. There are only three rooms/suites she rents out so it's very quiet and relaxed. We visited in high summer so needed Fan on all night - if you prefer air-con then choose cooler time of year. Great value for money, we will be back

Nothing, very happy - safe, secure and comfortable!

The villa is just in the center of the old town. Rosa,the host,is really friendly and nice person. The breakfast is amazing, i took the American one ( continental+egg+cheese+local salami), everything very fresh. The room is well decorated and the bed really comfortable.
