A gem of a place in the most beautiful location

Lovely accommodation, right on the beach and minutes walk from lovely bars/cafes/restaurants. It was quaint but had everything that was needed, I.e. air conditioning, good shower, kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The location is amazing and we will definitely be back!

Superb

A unique place in a great location. The room was simple but had everything you need. It had air conditioning and a refrigerator and TV. A very large and comfortable bathroom. Also available was a shared kitchen where pleasantly overlooking the walls of the monastery you could prepare a meal. Directly at the entrance was the beach and further stretched the promenade. Excellent location. The apartment was quiet but located in the center of Cavtat. Communication with the owners was very efficient and their response always fast. It is really worth stopping here

Beautiful rooms in front of the sea!

Me and my wife booked a double room for 7 nights. We felt from the first contact after the booking how friendly and helpful are the people who take care of the rooms. The rooms belong to a Franciscan monastery which is next door and the people who take care of the rooms are living next door, too. Katarina, Kristina, Fr. Ilja, Josip and all the team are amazing and so helpful. The rooms are in front of the sea. They are clean and refurbished made of stone. Our room was quite small but cozy. It has an airconditioning, a fridge, a nice wardrobe and a nice and spacious bathroom with a shower. The garden has a stove with all the utensils ( pans, pots etc ) where you can cook, It has a big table with a bench and chairs under a wooden canopy and several smaller round tables with chairs some of them under parasol umbrellas. The entrance door is 5 meters from the sea. Our room had garden view and was so quiet. The scenery around the rooms is so beautiful and serene. All the team was so helpful and kind. Cavtat is a beautiful place! The airport from the rooms is 10 minutes by taxi. Everything was fantastic.

To say we were so lucky was an understatement

On the verge of the old town leading to the lovely headland walk Right on the sea... Exceptionally lovely people in the Monastery, could not be more helpful Communal area for sitting or cooking was lovely

Location great . Have been to cavtat many times

No balcony or sun terrace only garden enclosed . No window or view . We asked to move and we weren’t allowed to saying room next door was taken . When in fact two families had it that week . We could have had the better room and would have upgraded . The room we had was clean but VERY BASIC.

Fantastic wonderful

Location absolutely brilliant, facilities great everything you need . Just great place ❤️

My only complaint really are the beds very noisy every time you move and not the most comfortable. I realise it’s very cheap to stay here but be worth investing in some good beds 😊

excellent location and value for money

location was excellent, right beside the sea. easy to pop back to the room from the sun loungers if needed.

no daily cleaning but not a problem for us as we only stayed a few nights.

Great value for money

Amazing location. Great for exploring the whole of Cavtat, fabulous restaurants a stones throw away and right next to a platform where you could swim safely in the sea. Great value for money however I would gladly have paid more for working aircon and a comfier bed!

We were three sharing one room with one set of keys, as well as the room key there was a key to the outside door. The outside door was locked and so if one person wanted to leave it meant somebody having to go with them and locking the door behind them, a key pad would be better. Beds very uncomfortable, could feel the springs, noisy and too firm. Air con did not work correctly, we were there during a heat wave so we were quite uncomfortable at night. The shower leaked continually, a mop was provided. No curtains at the windows (just thin voile) which meant the street light outside our window shone in my face all night, I ended up trying to sleep with my head at the foot end of the bed. All sounds terrible but actually we loved the location so much most of this was acceptable, especially for the cost.

Nicel boutique local in the top center of Cavtat

The location is formidable. This is a local boutique hotel where the hospitality is super, and really sincere. the beach is just in front of you, very local, great and nice.

Amazing staying a two steps from the sea

Wonderful position, you just open the door and the sea is in front of you, what you need is just there near , shops, grocery, bars. The rooms are well organized, and a garden is inside the structure, where you can relax far from crowded places. Rooms are equipped with tv, ac, and a fridge. Washing machine is available for those who need it. Thanks to the responsible , Kristina, very sweet.

Cute hotel right on the water

The hotel was directly in front of the water on at the end of Cavtat promenade. It was a great location. The staff helped me get a taxi to the airport.

The location is the best. Simple place but its good.

Pitty because the musquito nets you dont feel you can see outside. But no mosquitos is nice too. In front of app are in the night people sitting and speaking loud, but window closed and then fine. Airco was t working well.

Great stay, fabulous location, and I will certainly return

Loved the quirky nature of this property, large comfortable room and, unlike some places, a large bathroom. Lovely courtyard outside for guests to relax in. Great location, with a beach bar outside (only open in daytime, so quiet at night) and a short stroll to bars and restaurants. The property manager, Mihaela, deserves a special mention - she was very quick to answer my correspondence before I travelled, arranged airport collection for me and was at the property to meet me with keys and helpful information. I had a second stay at the property after a trip to Montenegro and on return to the U.K. realised to my dismay I had lost a piece of jewellery with great sentimental value. I contacted Mihaela, who asked the lady who looks after the rooms, Bozica, to check for me. It was subsequently found and she is arranging for its safe return to me. I really cannot praise the customer service highly enough

Although the beach was a bit of dissapointment, the water is very clear, which we value much.

The old stone building is wonderful. Room decoration, like wooden ceiling. Location close to the see and close to the city promenade. Really clear water. Stillness. Great walks around the peninsula.

Mosquito net missing. WiFi connected after phone discussion with the representative, but NO internet connection. Although beaches in Croatia are great, this one isn't. It's dump pebbles and uninteresting seabed.
