Un poco apartado del centro histórico, cosa que ya sabía

Un hotel conforme aux attentes, et plutôt joli. A 30 minutes à pieds du centre, mais bien desservis par les bus. Excellent et copieux petit déjeuner. Personnel chaleureux et professionnel.

Personnel disponible et proximité de l’établissement avec le centre ville. Hôtel confortable.

Ho soggiornato solo poche ore ma posso dire di aver trovato sia personale che alloggio ottimi. Gentilezza e pulizia. Inoltre essendo aperto h 24 a disposizione degli ospiti che, come noi hanno il volo al mattino alle 5, c è una mini colazione che ci ha fatto molto piacere

Leggermente fuori dal centro che però si raggiunge in macchina in 5 minuti così come l aeroporto. Non c è autorimessa dell hotel ma nei dintorni è tutta zona libera per parcheggio e noi abbiamo trovato senza problemi

The staff during check-in were friendly, some free croissants during arrival.

The rooms are WAY to hot. No air-conditioning, and when you sleep on the 5th floor, you can almost not breathe anymore. At 02:00 AM, I went down to ask if the air-conditioning was broken, but the guy behind the reception told me that it is always that hot on our floor. I kindly asked him to help me out, as it was just not possible to close an eye or to breathe in that room. At first he told me that there was another bed free in another room. I was happy to take it, but then he refused to give it to me, as he needed his supervisor to agree. I could only take if I'd pay for it. I have been sleeping in many countries where it is warm during the night and never complained. This is just ridiculous and can't be good for your health. MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!! Do yourself a favour, and go to any other place.

Room was ok but air conditioning worked bad

We had to book just to get cover from the thunderstorm during the day. The staff let us in at 10am and we kept warm and had a hot shower before leaving a few hours later to catch our ferry.

The workers and the breakfast were the best part. The receptionist is amazing and recommended me a great restaurant. The rooms are very basic, but have everything needed for a short stay, with a very good toilet

The rooms need a new paiting as they have stains on the walls. Also the balcony needs to be redone as it looks a bit bad

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. It's on the great location if you are not travelling with the car because everything (train, bus, city center..) is on short walking distance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. But all the praises go to the entire staff! You can always count on them, for what ever what you need.

All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful that they offered all the infos and helps I needed to make us really feel at home.

A little out of town but nothing a 10/15 minute stroll couldn’t cure, room spotless,staff extremely cheerful, breakfast superb, no downside other than shops and restaurants few and far between in the immediate vicinity, so town is a must but bus stop opposite if you need it.
