The visitor's taxes are: 0,5% of the rent amount and 10 euro per day of stay (10euro*days). Those must be paid in cash on arrival date, before check in. Taxes are collected for the owner, by the person who will welcome visitors on the day of the arrival. At the same time, an issued receipt for the paid amounts will be given from the name of the owner.
