With just a few steps you can reach the communal pool through the garden, which is heated in winter. We absolutely loved this property. It was wonderful to have a front porch and a back deck to sit and enjoy the weather. We had two bedrooms, but only needed one, but it was was great to have so much space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The only problem we had was with the tv. Because we are older and not tech savvy we were not able to figure out how to work it. But we did not really need the tv since there were so many things to do. The location was great. It’s so close to so many thins. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for renting your place to us.

The apartment was clean and we had a great stay. We enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner out back. And the pool was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals while we were there.

Difficulty locating property as residence not clearly identified with “2229” on the building. Enjoyed our stay. Nice location and easy local access.

This apartment is in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Publix is only a block away. We did not have time to take advantage of the pool or the outdoor space but it looked nice.

I picked this place for the proximity to the hospital in Ft. Myers. I was able to walk there and back for my week. Neighborhood was safe and cute. Close to downtown also. Everything was great. Thanks.

Our son had a camp at the Edison/Ford Winter home so we decided to stay somewhere close to save on the Drive. This location is a short walk away from there and a very short drive to Downtown. The place was very clean and everything you need from a rental were there. The owner and staff were always friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The pool was great and our son enjoyed it everyday. Very charming place and great location. Looking forward to coming back.

This property was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! We slept like babies. We were only there for 4 nights and it was a great little place for that. However we did feel that apartment Pelican was an after thought because the floorplan was a bit awkward and would probably not have been suitable for a stay longer than just a handful of days. The shower is VERY small. I am only 5'2" and I found it difficult to shave my legs. The pool is situated on the lot between this property and another house on a relatively quiet street. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Very clean rental unit, easy checkin/checkout. Comfy beds, had great nights sleep. Pool was wonderful and clean. Back porch was perfect to unwind and have a drink. Close to downtown Ft Meyers and Fort Meyers Beach. Many options for dining out, Publix close for staples to keep in unit.

We had a great stay. The house provided everything we needed and the kids enjoyed their time in the pool. We enjoyed the malls, outlets and beaches just a short drive away.
