Enjoy your vacation in our luxurious condo located next to Disney World in Windsor Hills Resort! Disney fans will love the location! Windsor Hills Resort is located 5 miles from the gates of Disney. Whether you choose to rent your own vehicle or call an Uber, the parks are a short drive away. Are you looking for entertainment and activities without having to go far? Windsor Hills Resort will not disappoint! * If water is your thing, than the huge heated pool, the 2 large water slides and the water splash pad will keep you busy for hours. These are only 30 meters from our condo. * There are two unique playgrounds for any little people to wear off some energy * Sports enthusiasts have the choice to play basketball, beach volleyball, tennis, pickleball or practice their putting on the golf green. No need to pack racquets or balls. Sporting equipment can be checked out at the Welcome Center. * Workout routines can be kept up by going to the gym at the clubhouse. * Parents, feel free to challenge your kids to a friendly game of table tennis or billiards or watch as you each play some arcade games at the clubhouse These fun amenities are free for guests to enjoy (arcade games require payment). Sand, surf and sun can be found on both coasts of Florida. It is less than an hour's drive to the Gulf of Mexico on the west and the Atlantic Ocean on the east. Florida's coasts feature many beautiful beaches! Golfing! Florida's nice weather creates a year-round golf season. The central-Florida area is home to many great courses. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 7 adults comfortably. It is over 1400 square feet and has every amenity you will need. We take personal pride in maintaining our condo in the highest possible condition so that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable! The condo is as close to the clubhouse and pool as you can get yet it is tucked away enough to avoid the bustle and noise of the pool. It is situated on the back of the building away from the busy street and facing the pond. It is also on the clubhouse side of the street so no streets need to be crossed to get to the pool or water park area. Our condo is located on the 1st floor. This makes it easy to unload upon arrival or after a long day at the parks and no hauling luggage or groceries up stairs or waiting on elevators. Ample parking is available just outside the front breezeway. There is a RING doorbell installed by the main door that records video and sound of nearby outdoor activity. Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with a 60" flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom. (Sleeps 2) 2nd Bedroom: King Bed with a 55" flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet. (Sleeps 2) 3rd Bedroom: a single bed over a full bed bunk with a 30" TV (sleeps 3) Living Room: Leather couches with a 50" curved smart TV. Free high-speed wi-fi and cable tv. Fully stocked Kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, French press, tea kettle, large crockpot, etc. Washer and Dryer in unit for your use at no extra cost. A stroller, highchair and port-a-crib are available for your use. Plus two puddle jumpers and 8 pool towels for the pool. Back Patio table and chairs in the screened-in lanai with a beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. Easy access out the lanai to the walking path to the pool and clubhouse - only a 2 minute walk along the lake. Nearby Attractions or Conveniences: Disney World - 3.5 m WalMart - .8 m Old Town - 5.5 m Beaches: Cocoa Beach - 73 m , Clearwater Beach - 88 m, St. Pete Beach - 92 m

Our family had an amazing experience staying in this condo. It was very clean and well kept in a very nice location. The amenities there are outstanding! Location is so close to the pool/waterpark and the clubhouse, which has all the fun arcade stuff in it! Very family friendly. Owner was always responsive & friendly. Would definitely stay ant this condo again if ever in the area. ❤️

A great place for a family to feel at home while traveling. Well equipped with all the amenities you would expect.Our only negotiate was that we were given the wrong entry code for our unit and were unable to reach the host on the contact information provided. After some time we were able to crack the code using our past VRBO experiences. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Ann and Grant.

10 days on the property, described accurately on VRBO, and fairly priced, with nice amenities on the property, i.e., pool, water slides, game rooms. Our 3,4 and 9 yo had plenty to keep busy with when we were not at Disney world. My only suggestion is that more toilet paper, papert towels , trash bags , starter pack of coffee, tissues, etc. We couldn't make it to the local Walmart for a couple of days and, with a family of 5, we ran out quickly. Overall experience, deserves 5 stars.

It was clean and close to Disney. We stayed for five nights and the only issue was the bathtub wouldn’t hold water, so the kids took showers. It works great for a family plus grandparents. We had a great week. The pool and slides were very close to the condo, and the kids loved it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything you see here is what you get and more. The owner provided thorough instructions regarding check-in, making it a smooth process. The condo is very spacious and clean with up-to-date appliances, and is very close to the pool, other resort amenities, and several eateries and retailers. A minor issue occurred before check-out; however, it was easy to contact the manager. The owner and manager responded quickly and worked diligently to resolve the problem. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and resort and will stay again.

Loved our stay here. Dryer wasn't working properly and the manager was responsive and replaced it promptly. Very close to Disneyworld, we had a lot of fun using the pool on the "down" days.

This condo is the perfect place to stay for a Disney/ Universal trip. We had plenty of room for our family of five. The condo was extremely clean and in excellent condition. There were plenty of bath and pool towels and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.
The location is very close to Disney and only a short drive to Universal. It’s very close to grocery stores and restaurants as well.
The owner sent detailed check in instructions and even provided some starter items like paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent and even some welcome snacks!
We loved being on the ground floor, it made trips to the pool quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo and resort are well taken care of and had plenty of amenities that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The proximity to Disney World and shopping areas was a big bonus. The resorts large pool, water park, and common area were conveniently close to the condos location on the property. As well we enjoyed a great view of the water from our patio. Overall a great place to stay when visiting!

We had a great time at this property. The size, space, and amenities at this condo were perfect for our needs (parents and kids plus grandma going to theme parks). The condo is literally two minutes from the condo's pool and splash pad area, and the drive to Disney and other local theme parks is very reasonable. We took advantage of both every day of our trip. We appreciated that the condo building was extremely quiet and parking was very close to the condo. Thank you!

It was very spacious and beautiful. It was a plus to be right next to the pool and splash pad for my kids. Would highly recommend and will return in the future! :)

We stayed here for a week while visiting Disney. Very convenient location. We did not have a rental car and relied solely on Lyft while we were there. The security on property was a bit difficult and gave most of the drivers a hard time trying to get in, but we just walked outside the gate to meet our driver. Not a big deal at all. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our requests. I did not get the check-in email that explained the check-in process and therefore did not realize we had to supply our own laundry detergent, toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. They give you two of each at check in, but those were gone after 2 days. When flying it is difficult to bring your own so we had to schedule a second grocery delivery when we realized this. But, if you are driving there you can easily bring your own or schedule it to be delivered.

What a pleasant experience it was to stay here! Check in was easy and smooth. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to start our week long stay. The location is a very quick walk to the pool and waterslides - which my kids loved! Another family stayed in a different unit here and when they entered our condo they said “wow! This is way nicer than our place!” We went to Disney and all parks were just a short drive away - short enough that we came back to the condo everyday for lunch and a swim/rest break before heading back to the parks. We felt very safe in the condo community and had no issues with loud neighbors. Although it is a first floor unit, we never heard anyone above us. Overall we had a great stay and cant wait to return!

Perfect in every way
This rental was fantastic. It was very clean, well appointed, great location, etc. It was everything we could have asked for. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Very near to many amenities, and less than 10 minute drive to Disney parks. Ann was a great communicator when I had questions. Directions were easy to follow for clean up. They do provide some things like dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags. We could have used 1 or 2 more trash bags, but that was my fault as I forgot to bring them. We also brought an extra roll of paper towels and some TP, which I recommend as they only provide a small amount to begin with (standard procedure). I did not expect this to be provided so we were happy about that. Condo has many amenities on site. And we either had the world’s quietist neighbors or the walls are very thick! We never heard anyone above or around us. Would 100% recommend!
