Vtrips cancelled our condo and we had to stay somewhere else. How do we get a refund from Vrbo
Never got to see it. One star across the board because we never got to enjoy it. Nothing against the condo. Vtrips ruined our vacation. They said there was a condo rule that prevented us from renting that week. We were informed the day before check in.

The building “Sand Dollar 1Unit 504” was our condo! The building was under major construction and we were not told beforehand! We did not have beach access the elevators were horrible! And your people were not helpful! I requested a refund to which they offered $200. Laughable to say the least! I’m not accustomed to paying $3,500.00 for a condo only to be told to go next door to access the beach and two building down if you want to use the pool! We will never use your company again and will discourage our friends and family from using your company! We should have been informed before we arrived that the building was being worked on and had been since last August according to residents that live there full time!!! So no we did not enjoy our vacation and will be sure to use another rental company in the future!

Booked in February for prime summertime rates. Showed up on Saturday to find the front of the place a disaster area. Guard rails were temporarily mounted with 2x4’s with a gap just outside my room big enough that I had to cover so my 3 year old couldn’t get through. My brand new wagon and everything in it was over sprayed by the painters, and got a wake up call each morning with people drilling directly above our room. While the condo was as described, huge disappointment for the amount of money spent!

The unit wasn't cleaned well, and some things were broken. The storm door was broken. Someone came to fix it but wasn't able to. There is a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms with a bunch of cords coming out. The toaster didn't work, the windows were absolutely filthy. Someone from the management company was there to look at the storm door and said she would send someone to clean the windows Monday or Tuesday and never did. I picked something that looked like chocolate off the bedspread. There was something that looked like peanut butter spread on one of the bedside tables -- I didn't touch that! Empty yogurt container and dirty spoon in a bedside table drawer.
But this was actually minor compared to the noise. We were told before renting that there might be some jackhammering on the sidewalks of the property, and that the owner would be willing to give a discount. I asked what kind of discount, and they couldn't say. Well it turns out the jackhammering was actually on the walkway directly out our front door. Hard to tell what project they were doing, but they were taking out patches of cement to expose rebar. I guess it was a difficult task because it took them 8 hours a day each day starting at 8am. Not just in front of our unit, but all over. There were 4 or 5 teams doing this. It was just nonstop and extremely unpleasant. Dust was coming into our unit even though the doors and windows were closed. We called on Monday, concerned, to see what could be done or if we could switch units. The construction workers gave us N-95 masks to avoid inhaling the cement dust, but our toddler wasn’t going wear one. The management said nothing could be done, that it wasn’t their responsibility to know the construction schedule, and when my husband pressed them on it they hung up on him. Honestly if I were the owner I’d be ticked at the managers.
After the trip when it was time to discuss the compensation/discount, they could say exactly what it would be, and it wasn’t what we were hoping. From what I could tell it was the management company that was making the decisions, not the owner. I assume the owners would have been more flexible. The thing is, when you own property, you deal with things like constant jackhammering because it’s part of living somewhere. But when you’re a renter, paying a sizeable fee for a vacation, you’re paying for a particular experience that has nothing to do with constant jackhammering. We asked the management

Crescent Beach 3br
This was one of the easiest bookings I have experienced. Access to the condo was easy and convenient. The unit is a corner 3bd condo that was extremely clean. The kitchen had recently been updated (except for the stove which may be on order??). And had everything you would need. There were beach chairs and floats for anyone’s use as well as beach umbrellas. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and I would book again. The only negative I would say is that the front bedroom has an outside light that lights up the room at night. There is no way to block out the brightness. Luckily that wasn’t an issue for the person who stayed in that room. We have all talked about wanting to come back next year!

The view was amazing and accommodations very comfortable and clean. My husband and I stayed with our two kids under 4 and it was perfect. The kitchen and laundry room were stocked with essentials. We will stay again!

Crescent Beach Condo
This condo was perfect for us! It was stocked with beach goodies for the kiddos and the perfect kitchen stuff to enable us to eat in for the week. It is spacious and I don’t think the view could be beat! We will definitely rebook if headed to the St. Augustine area.

We had a wonderful week staying at Crescent Beach in the Sand Dollar 308. We love that area and go there every year so it was nice to be there in a wonderful setting yet again.

Clean and spacious
The condo was beautiful and clean. We only had a few issues that include the shower head in guest bath had duct tape holding it on. The tub in the master did not drain well. When you showered the water stood in the tub. The water pressure was so-so. The pool that is shown in the pictures is not the pool you can access with this rental. That was really disappointing because the proximity to the pool was one of the features that made us choose this property. The front room with the queen bed had ill fitting curtains that allowed the porch light to shine through. I was told the beds in the each of the guests rooms were not very comfortable and "squeaky". The master suite was nice and comfortable. The laundry room was a great bonus.

We had a great time even with the affect of the Coronavirus. The beaches are beautiful and clean.
We had a great experience with this condo. It was very clean and has ample supplies. Do think there could be a cable that Is required for use of the DVD player. That would be helpful if wanting to watch movies. The code for the door said a * at the end and was a check mark. We were able to figure that out without much of a problem. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks

Family vacation
TV cables were stretched across entrance to second bedroom causing a trip hazard. Took three days to get someone to fix it & solution was to raise the cables above the door frame but still were not secured or fixed. Price was $500 higher than other 3 units rented by our family and not as well furnished.

Very nice, except the combination to the front door emailed to us was in accurate. We had to call
This unit was exceptionally crisp and clean with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The unit was very uncluttered, modern, attractive and comfortable. Only improvement could be shortening the curtains in the master bedroom as they were bunched up on the floor at the bottom ... A very small thing compared to an overall wonderful experience.

The property was great! The beach was very quite on this end of town and very enjoyable.
The property was great. The only thing was they were doing some painting on the building so there was a scaffold going up and down where our room was daily all day long so this was a big inconvenience especially when my 2 year old was taking a nap. Other than that this place was fabulous!
