A-Frame on the Shore Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Unwind in style at this cozy lakefront cabin on Moosehead Lake, offering tranquil views of the lake and mountains beyond, your own private dock, and a pebble beach great for swimming. Located in quiet Lily Bay on the east shores of Moosehead Lake, you'll have few reasons to leave this slice of paradise with the lake in your backyard (except maybe on kayaks you launch from the shore or a small watercraft moored at the dock). Also included is a mooring that can fit up to a 26ft boat. Conveniences are available in Greenville a few miles south. Cook up a tasty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen to start your day and lie out on the grassy lawn or admire the view from the balcony at sunset. When you need a break from the great outdoors, relax indoors with a DVD on the TV or surf the free WiFi. You can stream your favorite Netflix series too! (Please use your own account). Don't worry about laundry - a private washer/dryer lets you take care of it. The perfect after-dinner ritual is spending clear nights under the stars telling stories around the outdoor firepit. If you're visiting with a larger group, Lakeshore Lovely is right next door. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: The dock can hold up to a 26ft boat Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house is adorable. Cozy, comfortable, and clean. The location is pefection. We loved the view from the living room, deck, and balcony. Listening to the loons at night was so relaxing.

This little cottage was clean well equipped and comfortable. We were given excellent directions and notes leading up to our stay. View was spectacular all hours of the day and evening from the deck , very nice dock or the large windows from inside . Only negative were the stairs to bedrooms upstairs are narrow and steep but definitely manageable.

The view from the front window was amazing! This property was everything we had hoped for. The house was clean and comfortable. The steps to the upper level are steep and narrow, they are not good for the very young and older people but the futon was comfortable in the living room. This was a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful time.

We are frequent visitors to Moosehead Lake and this cabin is now one of our favorites. The location is great with a tremendous view and close enough to Greenville for trips to town. Lots of privacy. We spent some of the hottest days here and there were many fans to keep us cool when the breezes failed. Be aware that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep, carpeted but nearly a ships ladder. However, there is a futon on the 1st floor if you can't do stairs. We will definitely be back to this cabin.

I enjoyed my stay at the A Frame. Very peaceful, comfortable furniture and plenty of hot water. I was a little disappointed that the water at the dock wasn’t deeper and thought the appliances could be updated. I also heard mice in the rafters in the evening time..

The views, the ambience, the fire pit, listening to the loons singing. This place was fantastic all the way around. Comfy bed, and furniture. Great amenities, we are planning on booking again next year. We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The view is fantastic

The house was perfectly clean and well presented. The setting was serene. We met some of the staff when we arrived and they were great. I've been staying in the Moosehead Lake area for more than 30 years. This home was quite lovely. We'll definitely come again. Well done!!

Absolutely lovely place. Very cozy and clean. Nothing luxurious but with spectacular views.
Only issue we had was with directions. They need to be updated. The blinking light in Greenville hasn’t been working for years (according to locals) and there is no Lily Bay North Side Association sign nowhere to be found.

Lots of ant hills all over the property, spider webs and hornets nest on the exterior. We ended up leaving a night early because no one slept, the beds are very uncomfortable. Would recommend having some type of games there, not very kid friendly. Bring your own mixing bowls/plastic bowls- none there for preparing anything. For a last minute trip, we made do.

super cute A-frame right on the lake, very clean. local property manager listed in home is outdated so when we had a problem with the grill it had to go through Vacasa then got a call back the next day from local support. other than that, perfect vacation spot!

This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Near the town, on the lake and near the mountains, it is easy to find something to do. The only downside is the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow but it doesn't effect the value. I will be back and next time with the whole family!

Awesome place to relax and enjoy the wildlife and views of Lily Bay. Greenville is a bustling town with great shops, restaurants with wonderful food and very friendly people. Highly recommend.

It was really windy when we were there for the internet and TV went out but that didn't really effect us at all. Def. Black fly time so bring supplies to help battle them. We saw 3 moose and a fox. Everyone of us caught fish right even our 4 and 6 year old did. I cant say enough about how nice this cabin was we truly enjoyed ourselves .

This is our 4 th year staying here ! We love the house being right on the lake ! View is amazing ! Also a close drive to fishing spots in area ! I highly recommend staying here ! We will be back for year 5 !

A-frame get away
This was an easy process, and the property was exactly what was expected based on the photos and description. The only drawback eas that tve shoreline was very rocky making it hard for my 3 year old and my mother to access well. Other than that breathtaking views, close to all that the Moosehead Lake region has to offer!

Better than any picture could capture; we’ve been coming up to the Moosehead area and have stayed in many homes/cabins/cottages. This was absolutely the most serene, beautiful spot yet!

Great cabin/home on Moosehead Lake. The Salmon fishing was pretty damn good besides. Second place I rented on Moosehead in the past year and this place wins all around. Will be looking to book this place again next time
