Le manque d’hygiène (plaids/canapé/chaises sales, moisissure dans la douche, plafond de la salle de bain qui s’effrite) tuyau de douche hs Poêle fournie non compatible avec la plaque à induction présente. Couverts et matériels de cuisine dépareillés (mixte de couverts en inox et jetables, fourre-tout d’ustensiles, nombre d’assiettes ne correspondant pas au nombre de personne que le logement peut accueillir) Ampoules grillées mais non remplacées (pas de lumière dans le séjour le temps du séjour, 5 lumières sur 6 du plafonnier de grillées, 1 lampe sur 2 de chevets hs). Pas de facture. Quand prise de contact avec l’entreprise on me demande de prendre contact avec l’intendant qui s’en moque et arrive en retard (et ne prévient pas) pour l’état des lieux de sortie.

Very nice and big appartement, near all the commerce. Very good location.

Cleanness of the property was very poor. Very hot, no ventilation or air conditioning. Paid for 4 nights, checked out after the first night and went to a hotel. My dog has nicer towels than the towels left for us to use. For 5 people for a 4 night stay we were left with half a roll of toilet paper. After we unpacked, we had to go to the store to buy toilet paper, dish soap, paper towel, and soap for washroom.

The apartment itself was fine, Spacious, clean, well-equipped. Easy parking.

For us the checkin procedure was a real dealbreaker. The unsafe check-in procedure caused a lot of unnecessary stress and the staff was not very friendly about it. We had to send credit card information and a passport copy to an unprotected email address. If we did not, the reservation would be canceled. Being worried about identity theft I refused at first and tried to discuss this with both the owner and booking.com . Especially since it was never mentioned in the fine print (which says that a passport is needed for checkin but does not say anything about sending it to an insecure e-mail) In the end I was told at 4pm on the reservation day, when I was already in town with the kids, that if I did not send a complete copy of my passport, I would not get access but the full price would be charged, since it was a non-refundable booking. Feeling cornered, I gave in and send my information, but worried about it for the next weeks. Also the check-out was a bit weird, since we had to send messages to multiple phone numbers to inform them when we were leaving, even though we just had to leave the key in the keybox. Communication was tough, especially given that we never met anyone in person.

Everything about this apartment is fantastic, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend
