About this cabin rental
Enjoy the smell of pine trees, fresh air, and the sound of the provo river rushing only a few feet from the large front balcony. Our intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with hot tub is perfectly sized for a couples retreat or family vacation to the Conde Nast award-winning resort. Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils are also provided. The cabin is located directly on the north provo river on a 1/2 acre of land with a lawn and a firepit encircled with tree stumps. Enjoy all that Sundance has to offer: skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, mountain biking, full moon lift line rides, hiking, fly fishing, golfing, music, outdoor theatre, and of course the Sundance Film Festival in January. For delicious, exceptional dining, drive only a few minutes to the lodge and enjoy the restaurants including five-star Tree Room, The Foundry Grill, The Owl Bar and the Deli.

Enjoyed spending our Christmas get away watching the snow fall while soaking in the hot tub. Very quaint cabin in an ideal location. Highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, newly renovated cabin! It was warm and cozy and perfect for our small family to prepare and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved the hot tub and vast DVD collection, grown ups loved the super comfortable beds! Super clean and awesome location - less than 5 mins to Sun Dance restaurants and ahop.

We used the property for a 1 day Quarterly Meeting. The owner was very accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed our meeting and using this cabin.

This cabin was so perfect and relaxing. It. feels secluded and very private. The creek in front of the cabin was amazing, great hot tub, and the cabin is very nicely done with everything you need. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay - our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the electric bike and the cabin was just what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed from grilling to relaxation. Thanks for the easy check in and check out process. Ryan was amazing!! Appreciate the great stay and hope to be back soon!

A beautiful 2 bedroom cabin high above Sundance is the perfect Alpine snug. I had the perfect retreat from noise, light, and people. Rugged and refined at the same time. I loved it!

I stayed with two girlfriends, who were both local to SLC, and I flew in from Ohio. The cabin was perfect for the three of us. It's close enough to the Sundance resort that we took advantage of the restaurants and food and far enough away from "the city" that you feel you're hidden away in the mountains. We took full advantage of the Nordic Center nearby for epic cross-country skiing. I'd gladly return to this property in winter and summer. The host was easy to communicate with, and we had zero issues!

What an amazing cabin just a few minutes from sundance resort. The cabin was very clean and bigger than I expected well stocked and had everything we needed. Highlights included the Christmas tree, hot tub, fireplace, extra soft towels, thick warm blankets and peace and quiet. Great weekend stay for us as a couple, but could easily accommodate more.

Secluded spot to recharge
I spent a lovely week here with friends while my daughter was at Girl Scout camp. It was peaceful and beautiful and the house had everything I could have wanted. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the kitchen had all I needed. It was nice to have laundry. And the hot tub was perfect after my horseback ride. I did the Stewart Falls ride with Sundance Stables, a convenient walk to the stables from the house. I even walked to the resort one day for lunch. Owner was responsive and so helpful. Will definitely be booking this gem again.

Beautiful Birthday Get Away!
Had such a great time up in Sundance this weekend! The place was very clean and really nice! The property manager was easy to reach if I needed anything or had any questions (before and during our stay). We enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

there wasn’t a lot of parking especially in the snow we attempted to take our sxs up there and it didn’t work out, but everything else was amazing

This is a lovely place to get away and relax. The host has so many thoughtful touches; I felt that our needs and wishes were anticipated and warmly provided. It might have been nice to know in advance that the house nearby was undergoing renovation, but we could scarcely hear any noise when we were inside. We definitely want to stay here again!
