Very spacious, big rooms, big kitchen, easy to access, building has an elevator.
While the location isn't great - it's also not bad - close to the central bus and train stations and a walking distance from all the main attractions i.e Aristotle Square is ~20-25 minutes by foot.
Has grocery shops nearby.
The bathroom ceiling is very low - I'm 1.84 and I had to bend my knees to wash my head - this apartment is not for tall people.
I found the beds to be a little too stiff for me but I slept OK overall.
Missing some basic kitchen stuff like cereal bowls or oil to be able to cook.

Excellent appartement, big, new, clean, stylish, well equiped with everything that we needed. It was even much better than on the pictures. The appartment is near the police station, so it is placed in safe area and was easy to find free parking there. There is also a discount market nearby, so it was a big plus. The host is very responsive and gave us clear and detailed instructions for everything that we needed. If I go to Thessaloniki again I will book the same appartment.
The internet was not with high speed.

Very clean and comfy. Also, considering that is a self check-in property, the owner provided very detailed instructions which helped a lot.

Everything was ok. We stayed the second time this year at this location. We stop for a day in Thessaloniki before going further into Greece. The location is safe, near a police station. There's even a real good greek fast food restaurant around (Gyroplatanos).

The staff was excellent, there were lots of facilities, apartment was clean, there was lots of coffee for us two to enjoy, lots of space and we liked their bathroom and finally, it is in a nice safe neighborhood

Both the apartment and building were clean. Rooms were pretty modern, beds were comfy. There was a big terrace, perfect for summer days.
It was a bit away from the Aristotelous square by foot.

Quiet location near center, but You need car if You want to go close to some of the restaurants or coffee bars at the Sea.
Нeighborhood was very nervous about public parking lot near the street, which by the way was free. Everyone state that the parking lots are private.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the check in is easy and there was a nice compliment from the host - coffee capsules. There is a free parking around the building but it 's a little bit difficult to find a free spot.
The location is a little bit far from the city center, around 30 minutes away by foot. The neighbors are noisy.

Apartment was well done inside. Had a problem with the internet but owner came down and sorted it straight away. 15-20 mins walk into centre taxi back at night was only 5e.
Building is located in a dirty area of town. Not the best building but the apartment was nice when you get in the door. No shower head hook! Parking is free around the building IF you can find one!! We had to park a few minutes away not what I wanted when I looked for something with parking included. Bedroom a little small.

The room was very good, clean and conformtable.
What I didn't like is that in the ad at booking.com there was written "Parking" but it turned out that the parking is actual street. I mean, there is no any special parking spot or place where to leave the car but just what you can find on the streed around the property.

Lovely Apartment! Perfect for two. Very clean and felt like home. We stayed only for a night. Received the instructions from the host for check-in and check-out. And, we took a taxi from the airport to reach the apartment and so I don't know how convenient it is with public transportation. But the apartment was pretty and well-maintened. I highly recommend this place! Great value for the money

Three king size beds were comfortable and more than enough for an extended family. Every room has A/C and there is a huge kitchen with a dining table. The apartment is HUGE.
We booked it two times. Both times only for one night, as a sleep-over to cut the long trip shorter. It's in a residential neighborhood without too much noise, so it was a good choice for a good rest.
- Bathroom is rather small for a flat of this size and, if you're tall, you can barely stand straight in the shower
- There is only one key, and it's welded to the card that's needed for the electricity in the apartment. You can imagine how inconvenient that is when a group of 5-6 people is visiting. Someone always needs to depend on someone else for that one key.

The whole apartment was wonderful and clean, the whole concept of how they greet you in the apartment until the time you leave is very well thought out. They were very responsive on Booking messages.

Very nice apartment with very good facilities.
A little far out to walk to the centre. Fine if you have a car. Parking OK locally, but you will have to drive around to find a free space. Walking down along Monastiriou street at night is not very comfortable...... safe??
Didn't walk that direction a second time.

The studio was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed our two nights there
Wooden flooring was squeaky.
