Overall, it was very good but again, very disappointed the pool was not available to the quests.

Food from cafeteria was wonderful. Rooms were amazing, as well as the view from the 13th floor. People were nice and responded to requests for help quickly. Wonderful facilities.

I did not like that the pool was closed. It was only open one day of my entire stay and closed the next. It is a main draw to the hotel and part of the reason that I paid the high price I did. If a hotel advertises a pool on their website then it should either be available for those using the facitilites, or there should be some type of partial refund for failure to provide what was advertised to guests and influenced the reason for their stay at your property.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, leider schwere Organisationsmängel mit unangebrachter Zahlungsaufforderung

Sehr schönes Zimmer (Suite) mit Zugang zum Club, hier perfekte Betreuung durch den dortigen Service

Nachdem wir zum zweiten Mal im Hyatt gebucht hatten haben wir den Geburtstag meiner Partnerin im ansonsten sehr guten hoteleigenen Ushin Restaurant gefeiert und wie in Hotels dieser Kategorie auf die Zimmerrechnung buchen lassen. Wir wurden dann ab 22.00 Uhr mehrmals von Mitarbeiterinnen des Restaurants angerufen mit der Aussage daß eine Abrechnung über das Hotel nicht möglich wäre ("no credit"). Gegen 23.30 kam dann ein Mitarbeiter mit einem Kreditkartenlesegerät auf unser Zimmer um das Abendessen abzurechnen. Das Ganze hat dann die Geburtstagslaune doch ziemlich getrübt und darum haben wir uns für den aktuellen Aufenthalt in Bogota ein anderes Hotel genommen. Schade.

Simply wonderful

Fabulous hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and Angelo, Paola and Francesca went beyond the call of duty. Housekeeping were top class. I wish I knew the name of the lady who left Earl Grey tea in my room - whoever you are - a huge thanks to you. I shall return!

Un oasis en Bogota, alojamiento perfecto

Increíble muy cerca del aeropuerto y la ciudad de Bogota. Instalaciones impecables, habitaciones elegantes y modernas, área de Spa y piscinas perfectas. desayuno muy completo con opciones nacionales. Personal atento sobre todo los chicos del bar y el restaurante.

Excelete estadia en el Grand Hyatt de bogota

Excelente el spa, me hice un masaje y fue muy bueno . El ultimo dia deje la habitacion y me dejaron bañar en el spa. eso es un punto a favor excelente.

prima voor doorreis maar niet voor een langer verblijf

Alles ging goed behalve dat het geen enkel personeelslid fatsoenlijk engels spreekt. Daar moet Hyatt Bogota (heel Bogota trouwens) echt wat aan doen. En service verlenen op high quality Hyatt heeft het hotel ook echt een uitdaging en moeten er echt stappen genomen worden.

Great staff!

We had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt, Bogota. The grand suite was thoughtfully designed space with large rooms and bathroom, and roof to floor sweeping views of the city and the surrounding mountains. Loved the hotel's location (on main ave connecting city to airport, near other major brands and several embassies). But by far the best thing about our stay was the staff! They readily accommodated every need especially our changed dates.

We have really had no issues with our stay.

Fabulous!!

Spa Diana's massage was fantastic Neiver, a porter was very helpful and professional. His advice made my friends an I have a great evening.

Had to go downstair twice to ask about opening the door windows in my room, while I was promised it would be done while I was out an about.

Great place however with a few hick ups to make it perfect

Great property

No mini bar with selection of fine wines. Everything had to be ordered. No electric blinds No vanity kit No instructions on how to set up the ceiling speakers; had to call the bell boy to set it up.

The hotel was lovely, well appointed, great facilities. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast buffet wonderful. Japanese restaurant good. Views were nice. Convenient to airport.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a day on the way to La Paz. Our room was modern, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The toiletries were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent - diverse, fresh and delicious. Room service was great. The pool/sauna/gym complex is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay - highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very quiet and peaceful. The Grand Lounge was a very useful feature. The staff at the hotel were all very cheerful and helpful. The spa was fabulous and the restaurants were also of very high quality. Overall the best hotel I have stayed at in Colombia by a very big margin.

Some minor annoyances with the lighting in the room - but this was taken care of by the electrician without any drama.
