The first of them is accesible from the living room and is composed of a little living room with individual sofa bed, a bedroom with two individual beds and a complete bathroom. The second bedroom is really wide and has as well a complete en suite bathroom. The living room is spacious, tastefully decorated and has two exterior balconies that can be considered as two small terraces as it’s possible to sit for reading, eat or enjoy a glass of wine contemplating the historical Plaza de La Contratación. The kitchen, having its ventilation outlet through the living room, it’s spacious, modern and totally equipped. Plaza de Contratación is placed just next to The Alcázar of Seville, a few metres from The Cathedral. It’s one of the most exclusive placed in the city, in the historical part of Seville. You’ll be able to enjoy all main sights being just a step from the apartment. In addition, the area is very quiet at ay time, although you’ll finf many restaurants, tapa bars and shops in the surroundings. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation. Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee. Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee. The apartment is pretty big with 2 bedrooms completely separate from each other. The view from the balcony is very nice overseeing the top of the cathedral. You can see all the horse rides from the balcony but not a big fan of the smell from all the horses. Most of the sightseeing places are very close. The apartment is overall a great place to stay at. I would greatly recommend this places.

The well appointed apartment is around the corner from the Cateral and Alcazar. Seville is a walking city with lots of restaurants and beautiful sites to visit. The 2br/2br apartment is very large and the rooms are on the opposite ends of the apartment which provides a lot of privacy. Despite being located on a plaza , we did not hear any outside noise. There are two balconies which we thoroughly enjoyed. Genteel was very easy to deal with and very responsive. I gave the review 4 stars because the apartment did have a bit of a musty smell especially in the bathrooms. It didn’t bother me as much as my roommate due to her asthma issues. In the end, it turned out fine. The other issue was not Genteel’s fault. The tenets above us never seemed to sleep. They always seemed to be moving furniture at all hours of the day. It was a bit maddening. They may be short term renters which mostly likely not effect future renters. I would recommend this apartment.

Payment process was different compared to website. I paid a deposit and was advised that the other half would be paid upon arrival. I tried to prepare and make plans in advance by seeking clarification and was assured that all was in order. However, 2 days before departure, i was urgently advised that payment could not be taken from my bank details. This is because there is nowhere to store bank card details in VRBO's website. I think there are IT integration IT issues and a lack of understanding how the process works between the handover from Home and Away to VRBO. The VRBO website is struggling and wouldn't upload the messages function so both of us couldn't effectively communicate for long periods of time. This made for quite a stressful experience so close to departure along with the last minute changes , running the risk of losing the apartment due to payment deadlines being potentially missed. The apartment check in was very rushed. A welcome pack/folder with useful information would have been beneficial. ie, taxi numbers, left luggage locations, emergency numbers, fire exit information, general house keeping, rubbish recycling if we wished to help out, sight seeing information etc. There were 2 safes are both we're out of action. The WIFI signal is very weak. It would have been beneficial to have some salt and sugar in the kitchen. Quite a few lights didn't work. Musty smell in one of the showers (near the front) and slight mould on tile joints - shower room would benefit from an extractor fan. Overall, a couple of issues with the apartment so there is definitely room for improvement and the website and communications with the property management company is quite poor. The check in person was very pleasant, but it felted rushed. The cost doesn't feel value for money balanced with the overall experience if you bear in mind the communications' experience, website performance issues, apartment offer and face to face contact points.

Located on a small, quiet plaza, this apartment is just a few minutes' walk to the cathedral and palace, and nice walk to tons of restaurants and Plaza de Espana. It's on the third floor, and there is an elevator if needed. The living room is bright and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. The only negative thing is that a few times, a sewer odor drifted up the stairway and into the apartment from downstairs.

Apt in great Seville location. Near Cathedral, Alcázar, trolly, restaurants. We had trouble finding it upon arrival, driving at night in the rain & GPS not accurate. Recommend getting explicit directions & map although taxis knew location. Highly recommend this listing.
