Big clean apartment with sea view.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They even baked us a cake. And they took us to the airport when our taxi was not arriving.

Velimir and his family couldn't do enough for us, leaving little gifts, to giving us lifts where we wanted to go, apartment was spotless to.

This sea-facing apartment is 15 minutes from the airport and was enjoyed by our family of 5 for 10 days and has a very contemporary feel and is much bigger than the photo's suggest, particularly the lounge space. The owners have gone to a great effort to create a luxurious-feeling space. There is an ensuite shower and toliet in the double room and a washing machine in the main bathroom (shower and toilet) which meant we could travel light. We were met by Velimir Blazevik who showed us around and brought cold drinks which was refreshing after our journey from the UK. The family demonstrated great Croatian hospitality and let us use their barbecue/outdoor space when we cooked in the apartment, to eat outside under their lighted awning. On my birthday, Ana surprised us with a bottle of wine and treats, yet we didn't meet her until leaving on our final day. The family are there if you need anything (they kindly leant us umbrellas when a tropical storm hit!) but otherwise we we were left to explore Mlini and Dubrovnik and enjoy time in the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with views of the Adriatic that stretches the length of the lounge and twin room and can be accessed from both. The area is quiet with kiwis and grapes growing in the neighbours gardens. There are several beaches within a short walk and good snorkeling, coffee shops, restaurants and bars - the area isn't over-developed and you can walk the beach fronted path for about 3k. There are children's play areas in the woods by the sea and we felt very safe the whole time - crime is very low in Croatia. The terrain is very hilly as the whole area, including Dubrovnik is built on the side of the mountains so there are steps up from the beach which helped keep us in shape (a bit!). The WiFi was fast and has obviously been updated given earlier reviews and Netflix was helpful on the 1 stormy night.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They welcomed us like best friends. The location was perfect. Of course the weather was perfect as well. We would like to stay there forever :) and definitely want to go to Mlini again.

Nicely decorated, spacious and very clean apartment. Comfortable bed as well as a sofa. The bathroom has everything you need. Welcome gift from the hosts was a nice gesture and they were very kind and helpfull.

The hosts were great and the apartment was better than our expectations. It was very clean, it had everything we needed and most of the things there seemed brand new. It was really good for the price paid. The hosts were really nice to drop by on the second day of our stay with a gift - bottle of local wine and some pastry. The location is near the beaches in Mlini and a Pastry was only a few meters away.
