Our pilgrimage to Fatima was made even more special because of the owners of Pinoy House. Shane was very generous with her tips like where to eat and how to go about scheduling our activities in Fatima. She went out of her way to ask her father (Mr. Carbell) lto borrow a wheelchair for my Mother in Law which she was able to use for the duration of the trip. Mr. Carbel gave us valuable insights about the three children, where to position ourselves during the Sunday Mass at the square. He even reserved a place with shade and a good view of the altar. He was charming and helpful, fun to talk to; and I think our pilgrimage will be all the more memorable because of him. The apartment was spacious and clean, a mere 6- 7 min walk to the shrine. The owners, Shane and Carlos, also have a store nearby where we were able to get most of our Religious souvenirs. There were several good restos near the apartment.

We would have appreciated it if the apartment had a washing machine and a dishwasher but because the location was great and clean, and the owners were lovely and helpful, it did not really matter. :-) We highly recommend Pinoy House. If we ever go back to Fatima, and we definitely plan to do so, we would definitely stay there again

Breakfast not applicable. The location is good. A few minutes walk to the Sanctuary and to the center of town.

The bed is hard for me. This place did not provide for soap in the bathroom and the owner said because of Covid. I would expect a small soap wrap individually. We had to go look for store that sells soap and it was way out of the center, every store only sells souvenirs. I just came from Italy, Spain & Germany, in Aug, Sept & October and all accommodations provided for soap/shampoo and other single use toiletries.

Very good Staff service. They agreed for using the kitchen with no extra cost. New rooms, very clean, good localisation.

Difference in booking options. The owner showed me my reservation which was without access to the kitchen (cost 7 e) but i didnt have that option in my reservation. I have the best Genius status and that was a mistake from booking.com.

Comfortable beds and well decorated room. Just up the street from the town center so it was quiet at night but close enough to walk to everything. Owners were friendly and helpful, check-in/out was a breeze.

WiFi was not working, no fault of the owners, wire had been cut, but we would have stayed elsewhere had we known in advance.
