Nestled in Miramar Beach, this lovely condo for $433 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This property is located in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. * 5226 Tivoli by the Sea NEW Golf Cart, Walk to the Beach and Pool, Golf Course and Lake Views Tivoli Pool is heated for Spring Break through mid-April Located within walking distance to the beach, Tivoli by the Sea is one of the most luxurious vacation spots at the Resort. White stucco villas topped with clay tile roofs enhance the Mediterranean appeal of the Tivoli by the Sea enclave. Guests will enjoy all that the Resort has to offer while staying at Tivoli. Tivoli #5226 is perfectly situated with lovely lakeside and golf course views. The screened porch invites you to sit awhile and enjoy a cup of coffee and beach breezes. The decor is tasteful, warm and cozy with neutral ceramic tile throughout and spa blue coastal tones. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home including a Ninja Coffee System. There is a bistro table that seats two, and a dining table that seats six. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed and leads to a custom tiled master bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a third twin bed located in the bonus alcove. Both bathrooms have been updated with decorative tile and walk in showers. For unexpected guests, there is a new queen sleeper sofa. This property accommodates seven guests comfortably. Spend some time lounging at the private Tivoli pool with its sparkling blue water. The pool is heated seasonably. Hop on the golf cart and spin on over to the beach to enjoy the pristine white sand and emerald waters. Complimentary tram service will take you directly to the Village at Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife. Grand Boulevard and the Market Shops are both located just outside the resort gates and provide access to more shopping boutiques, dining and entertainment. The Resort features miles of sandy white beaches set against emerald waters, four championship golf courses, a tennis center with 15 courts, a full marina, and a fitness center and spa, jogging and walking paths, and much more. NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. We had the best week with our family of 4! The extra little twin bed in the closet was perfect for my 3 year old and gave him his own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make some delicious meals. We will definitely rent again!

The villa met the need and helped maximize the family time. The weather was less than enjoyable, so having a nice place to stay helped make the time as nice as possible. The ONLY negative experience was some of the supplies, i.e, toilet tissue, etc. were not there when we first arrived, but arrived later, after we had already spent money to acquire them.

We ended up being placed in this property for one night while a leak was being fixed in our condo. The villa is really nice and spacious. The view of the golf course is great and being located on the ground floor has its perks. Having our vehicle and a golf cart just outside the door was extremely convenient. If you don't require the ocean view then this property is perfect and only about a 2 minute drive to the beach.

Very nice rental property and great location. Nice to have use of golf cart; golf cart is a tad bit worn and wasn’t covered and should have been. Bonus room wasn’t cleaned; housekeeping stated that it was an oversight as a new housekeeper was assigned to clean the villa and missed it. It is easy to miss as it is a small closet made into extra sleeping quarters. Called and it was handled within the hour. Otherwise , everything was great! I’d rent from the owner again.

My family had so much fun, the only downside was we wished we had a longer stay...we will next year!!! The golf cart was a must, u can toss your car keys in a drawer for the entirety of your trip. Unfortunately, we missed that our host had some nice umbrellas for the beach...get there early to set up! Great times!!!

Girlfriends getaway
Very nice rental property and great location. Nice to have use of golf cart; golf cart is a tad bit worn and wasn’t covered and should have been. Bonus room wasn’t cleaned; housekeeping stated that it was an oversight as a new housekeeper was assigned to clean the villa and missed it. It is easy to miss as it is a small closet made into extra sleeping quarters. Called and it was handled within the hour. Otherwise , everything was great! I’d rent from the owner again.

Good location, needs updating, golf cart would not go over 7mph!! We picked that townhouse because of the golf cart yet it was so slow other golf carts and cars were frustrated we were on the road. We contacted the property manager about the golf cart but it was not fixed during our stay.

I also enjoy the property! However the refrigerator was old and need to be replace and the golf cart worked, but it was very slow. The pullout bed couch was not comfortable because it wouldn’t work properly for us. With that being said I would definitely recommend anyone to come. We had a great time anyway.
