We really like the location and look of the condo but it needs maintenance.

The location was great and its an adorable condo.

The shower handle was broken. We could barely turn the water on and off. The toaster didn’t work, the blanket in the bedroom had yellow stains on it and the bedside lamp wire must have a shortage bc it flickered off and on.

Gorgeous view from a great room in a quiet location.

The property was really easy to access. The host were extremely responsive and proactive about communication throughout the stay. The area of the beach where it is located is quiet as well as the overall building as well.

Great beach access

The location to the beach was fantastic; the actual room seemed to be updated; there are pots/pans/dishware/silverware for your use. The stove/fridge are nice

Upon arrival, the condo seemed to be clean however after removing our shoes-at the front door, we found the floor to be filthy- our socks turned grey/black from walking on the floor. We noticed on our last night, there were cheerios on the floor in the eating area- we did not have cheerios. I thought the room would have been larger since it says can sleep up to 6 people. The pullout mattress was awful-you could feel all the coils. I think there should have been more than 2 dish pods when people are staying for more than 2 days and there should have been more towels. I have stayed at many condos at beaches and have always had use of beach accessories (towels/chairs/wagon to carry to the beach)- I think there should have been beach accessories for guests to enjoy. The hot tub was not very hot at all and almost always, except at 9pm, filled with young children.

Great location, great price, needs a little maintenance!

This condo needed some minor maintenance but aside from that it was great! The view from the balcony onto the beach was amazing. Opening the balcony door to hear the waves and feel the breeze coming in was exquisite! The location was perfect and close to literally, everything! The price was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

The condo is a bit outdated and needs some maintenance. The fan vent was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The handles to the shower assembly were barely hanging on. The shower head sprayed water everywhere and all over the floor and could not be adjusted to make it stop. The gasket to the fridge door would fly completely off every time the door was opened and we had to be very careful that it closed properly because of the gasket. The pull-out mattress of the sofa bed was almost unusable. Kids may be able to lay on it just fine but, adults with older backs cannot handle the springs poking out from the mattress. The bed in the bedroom and bunk beds were comfortable and could lay 2 adults on the bedroom bed and two small children on the bunk beds. Again, these are all minor issues that can easily be corrected by the maintenance team. I would not have an issue staying here again but if I were to bring the 6 people maximum as stated on their website for the capacity, it may be a problem as the sleeping situation does not allow for 6 people to sleep comfortably.

nice family get away, good facilities, a bit expensive

location—close to the beach, pool access, and shops/restaurants

the condo was small and compact. On the morning of the third day, the power went out but was restored by late afternoon.

This was a really good family vacation.

Great location to the beach and shopping!

Nothing, only suggestion was to have more than one extra roll of tissue. Other than that, everything was really good.

We loved our stay at the Seacrest. For the price, this location was a great value. The unit had a great beach view fro

Great location! Not too far from stores and restaurants when we needed them. The property was right next to a boardwalk to the beach. It took less than 5 min to get down to the beach. The unit was comfortable with the balcony facing the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay.

A couple of the outlets didn’t work. Some of the doors didn’t close easily, and the sheets weren’t very soft.

I enjoyed the oceanside view and the balcony. I also enjoyed the washer and dryer, stove, microwave, dishes, sink. It made me feel like I was home away from home.

The view and location were Awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean.

The first night was chilly because we did not have code to turn on heat,but management got back to us quickly the next day.

Great location. Kitchen facilities were excellent. TV reception was good.

More frequent pest control. More lighting would help.
