Demande de deux chambres calmes, proches et à l'étage : respectée! Chambres propres et récentes. Literie confortable. Petite terrasse avec belle vue dégagée (on aperçoit même la mer du 3ème étage). Personnel très souriant et à l'ecoute. Petit déjeuner complet et bon.
Pour pinailler : chambre un peu petite pour 3 et une serviette tachée.

Hotel fonctionnel, possibilité de se restaurer sur place, rénovées et bien entretenu. Tout le confort de la chaine est présent. Personnel adorable.
Chambre ridiculement petite. C'est la première fois que je vois une chambre sans bureau ni chaise. Me déplaçant pour le travail, j'ai préparé mes dossiers dans le lit en posant mon ordinateur et mes dossier sur la tablette mise à disposition (le même genre de tablette que l'on trouve dans les hôpitaux !).
Mais si n ne vient que pour dormir la chambre est tout a fait correcte.
Je n'aime pas beaucoup non plus que, sous couvert de protection de l'environnement, les chambre soient froides à l'arrivée, qu'au petit déjeuner il n'y a pas de portions individuelles notamment pour le beure et le yaourt... Se servir dans un récipient après le passage de personnes qui laissent des miettes, de la confiture ou quoi que ce soit d'autre n'est guerre appétissant et en période post pandémie, ça me laisse interrogatif...

Staff were very nice and the pool was a great addition to our stay.
Room was super clean.
We never had any problem finding a parking place, there were always plenty available. The hotel is located by a main road, but the rooms are very sound proof.
Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but good enough.
The rooms are very small, we barely found enough space to open 2 suitcases. Wished it was a little more spacious.

Not much. Poor location. Room suited it’s purpose but would be very disappointed to have booked a whole holiday there.
Disgustingly rude member of staff at the check-in desk. Arrived early so just wanted to leave our bags as the town is a 25 minute walk away. Tried to apologise and ask to leave our luggage but the staff member interrupted, rolled her eyes and told us we were too early. Stormed off to see if our rooms were ready and when I was finally able to apologise and ask to just leave our bags she was quite aggressive in telling us not to bother as we could check-in. Such a shame as other staff members were very pleasant. Marred the experience. Awful display of customer service, would never go back or recommend to anyone to stay.

I stayed 2 nights and the location is very close to Aqua land water park and breakfast was good. Pool was very clean and staff was very friendly

Good location for touring the coast.Friendly and helpful staff.
Bedroom was a little cramped with rather too much style at the expense of function. eg no chairs and nowhere to make tea or coffee.

The personnel were extremely helpful and friendly, and seem to really enjoy their work, which makes it also very pleasant for the guest. The breakfast was copious and of high quality.
Our rooms was comfortable and clean, but a bit on the small side. With two persons it was at times tricky to move around. Not a big deal though as we were out of the room anyway seeing the sites.

The facilities are great, and the restaurant is also very good for the price.
Staff in the place has been very helpful and attentive. However, I emailed the hotel before my arrival informing them that my son was allergic. They replied saying not to worry because Ibis had a standard for cleaning and etc. However, we were put in a bedroom with carpet, the last night was particularly bad, because of the limited cleaning. Only after check out I found out that there were other rooms without carpets.

When checking in, I asked if it was possible to check out @ 6 in the morning, she said "sure, you want me to put your breakfast at 5:30"
