About this house rental
Situated in Saundersfoot, this attractive house for $532 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Harbour View is a very high specification house with wonderful views. It is a lovely property, ideally situated in a peaceful location, yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Saundersfoot with its lovely beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. Harbour View accommodates 6 guests over 3 bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, to include dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The house has a fantastic open plan living / kitchen area with a dining table to seat 8 and a breakfast bar which seats 3. There is also a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy during cooler months. The open plan nature of the living area is ideal for entertaining and spending time together. There are large glass windows and patio doors which stretch the entire length of the house to take full advantage of the wonderful sea views. The patio doors open onto the large decked patio which also stretches the full length of the house. From here there are magnificent views of Saundersfoot beach and harbour stretching across to Amroth in the distance. On the patio you will find an Outback gas BBQ, rattan dining furniture to seat 6 and rattan sofas together with an infra red wall mounted patio heater to keep you warm as the sun goes down. A few steps down from the patio takes you to the garden with its American hot tub and sea views. Why not sit back and enjoy dinner al fresco whilst admiring the fabulous view or take a soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a busy day at the beach? There is unlimited WIFI throughout the house. The living room has a 43" Smart LED TV complete with SKY Q TV, DVD and XBox together with a selection of games. All bedrooms have flatscreen HD TV's whilst bedroom 3 also has a DVD player. You will also find a selection of books and board games to help you relax and unwind. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway. There is unrestricted parking available on the road outside the property should further parking be required, although please note that the parking of motor homes or vans is not permitted. 1 small/medium, well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement and subject to an additional charge of £25. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture and should not be left alone in the property. All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. The first basket of logs is provided for the wood burner, further logs are available to purchase locally. Also provided is a selection of deck chairs, wind breaks, buckets and spades etc for you to take to the beach. Families only. No stag/hen or similar. No smokers. *** HOT TUB *** Please note that should you require use of the hot tub between September - May then there will be an additional charge of £100 to cover the costs of heating and maintenance. Use of the hot tub is inclusive for stays in June, July and August. Due to the water being changed before each guests arrival please be advised that the hot tub may not reach the maximum temperature until the morning after arrival. Also, due to the cleaning schedule the hot tub will not be available on the morning of departure.

Great property is clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. Lots of books to read and games to play in poorer weather.
The walk to Saundersfoot is pleasant and not too long but steep. So the return journey uphill is a bit challenging for older folks.

We had an amazing stay. The property was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The views are amazing and the area very quiet. We loved the hot tub to relax and restore sore muscles after our long walks.

The property on the outside, dont do justice on the inside. It is very different & i gave it a wow .The balcony over looking kitchen & lounge is lovely .The best quality of everything in the kitchen ,the extra toilet was a bonus with grandchildren..The view from the garden balcony was perfect, could see for miles & looking down at Saundersfoot beach ,made us want to go straight back down again.The hot tub was a great feature & great after walking ,late evening was the best time to enjoy the views & hottub .Only thing needed was a higher screen around the hot tub ,has the neighbours when on their balcony was looking over ( not nice ,when about 8 people staring at you & talking to you ,when you only wanted to relax ).
OTHERWISE IT WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, WITH UPDATES FROM OWNER & HOUSEKEEPER & HANDYMAN ,CAME OUT QUICKLY, WHEN WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO USE CERTAIN THINGS IN PROPERTY. THANK YOU ,CAME HOME RELAXED & STRESS FREE.

We have a great time staying at Leanne's property. Her communication was fantastic and the whole process was very smooth. The house itself was well-equiped for a family of four and we thought it looked even better than the pictures. It felt like a home from home and was a great base to explore the local area from.

Everything you need. House in a quiet area 10 min walk into town. As others have mentioned steep hill on the wall back (not too bad). Hot tub a nice addition. The views are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and no hesitation in recommending to others.

Wow, house was an ideal property for us. Excellent position with a short walk down the hill to Saundersfoot, the shops, beach and lovely coastal walks. Within easy driving distance an outstanding area to explore with fantastic beaches, castles and costal views galore.
The house was excellent, very well equipped with beautiful views over Saundersfoot and the beach/sea. We used the hot-tub every day, it was a great way to relax after busy days exploring what the area has to offer. A really 5 star holiday.

Had a lovely relaxing week, much needed after a busy Christmas. The house is perfect. Missing the view already. Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Only a short walk down into saundersfoot. We didn’t plan on eating out as much as we did but there was so many nice restaurants we had to try them all. All the kitchen facilities you could need in the property should you want to cook there though. Already trying to find a week to come back and we only got home yesterday.

On arrival, this proper has the wow factor…large, spacious dining, lounge area, panoramic view of Saundersfoot via floor to ceiling patio doors. Comfortable furniture and beds, all mod cons, topped off with a lovely hot tub.

As a host, Leanne is very attentive, made sure all arrival information was delivered promptly and was very open to feedback.

Lovely Accommodation
Enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Easy check in, very clean, lovely furnishings - a real home from home. A short walk to supermarket and beach but quite steep on way back. However, without the incline we wouldn't have had such a lovely view from hot tub and balcony. Would love to visit again- maybe next year!

Lovely property, friendly owner
We stayed for a week in November. The property is situated in a great spot, overlooking Saundersfoot and the sea, and you can enjoy those views from the whole property and the hot tub! The house is a lovely open plan property, effectively with all rooms coming off the main living space which made it feel spacious and airy. The use of the fire in addition to the central heating would be recommended in winter. The town is a short walk down the hill where there are nice bars/restaurants/little shops. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils required, and games, DVDs and flyers for things to do in the vicinity, which are plentiful. The owner was very friendly and left us a bottle of prosecco, which was appreciated! Extra Covid rules in place. As a result I think the hot tub chemicals were slightly strong so would recommend not staying in too long, although the guidance does say that anyway. Would recommend.

Family Summer Break
Lovely week spent as a family of 4 (kids aged 5 and 7) plus Grandparents. Great house for a family gathering with off-road parking for 2 cars, nice open plan living/kitchen space, great outside seating and stunning views down to the town and beach. The hot tub with a view was also a huge bonus! Just a short 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and town. A bit of a climb back up the hill at the end of the day but kids, parents and grandparents all managed it. Excellent communication from Leanne throughout was hugely appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at Harbour View.

Amazing Holiday!
We absolutely loved our break at this beautiful property in Saundersfoot. The views are stunning and the hot tub is fantastic! It’s a short walk into the centre and the beach (although pretty steep walking back up with prams!). Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. The host Leanne was brilliant, great communication and lots of useful tips. We’d love to return here!

Best Ever
What a wonderful property this is. Such a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. We have been coming to Saundersfoot/Tenby for 40 years and I can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed in.
The property had everything you could want for a relaxing stay. Leanne was just an email away if you needed her for anything and was always prompt in her response.
We will definitely return sometime next year, looking forward to it already.
