Just a 10 minute walk to Oxford-Swayze Field (Baseball Field), 15 minute walk to the Vaught-Hemmingway (Football Field) and The Pavilion (Basketball Arena), 25 minute walk to the Grove (voted #1 Tailgate Spot in the US) and only 2 miles from the historic "Square"! Pull in park and do not drive for the remainder of your trip. The professionally decorated Condo is in a gated complex just off Campus, it has 3 bedrooms, a bunk bed niche, 2 full bathrooms (with double vanity's and separated shower/water closets for faster dressing), a oversized sofa (that sleeps 2), 65" Hi-Def TV/DVR, bar seating for 4, separate laundry, balcony with seating for 4 overlooking a landscaped courtyard, elevator access to the 2nd floor, tennis courts, large pool, gym and kids gaming area.

We came from 4 different states (including the PNW) arriving late about 1 AM & keypad didn't work. Owner stated no one had a key. After about 30 minutes, miraculously the door opened.
Upon entering we immediately learned it was NOT 4 bedrooms, but 3! This was extremely awkward based on our family dynamics but we had no options to go anywhere else. I shared this disappointment with the owner after leaving more than 24 hours ago and have not heard back.

Beautiful space, exactly as described. Clean, comfortable rooms and a huge living area to hang out. Wonderful hosts, love that the coffee setup was stocked!

We were a big group and this property was absolutely perfect for us ! So close to the pool and restaurants . We absolutely loved our stay here !

Great property! Comfy beds and very clean. Kitchen is small but perfect to do light cooking. Outside has a great grill area and covered picnic tables. Location is close to campus which is a major plus. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

The condo is great. we had My parents, my sister and her husband and adult son, and myself, my husband and teen daughter. There was plenty of room, and everything was very comfortable. Wesley was always very quick to respond and very accommodating to us adding an additional day to our visit as well. Thank you Welsey and Hotty Toddy!!!

Executive Football weekend
I hosted several insurance executives from around the country at the Ole Miss-LSU game. Not only were they blown away with Oxford, the stay at the condo was also exceptional. Great location to the campus and we walked to the grove. Hope to book again soon!

This condo was the perfect spot for a football weekend at Ole Miss. Spacious and clean, and just a short uber ride to square and the Grove.

We had 9 people and we’re extremely comfortable in the nice condo! Wesley was so easy to work with! Walking distance to campus was key!!! Will definitely go back!!! Go Rebs!!

We stayed during our son’s graduation. Condo is located just around the corner from University and also The Square, so we did not have to fight horrible traffic for hours and hours. The condo itself is in gated community, very very CLEAN, will stay in the same unit when We come back! Worth every single penny we paid for it!! Thank you!!!

Everything was great... except that Ole Miss got creamed by Alabama... but we still had a great time!

very nice condo with three bedrooms
We very much enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 adults and 4 children.
The living room was very comfortable with ample seating.
The kids loved the swimming pool.
Four stars because we had trouble with the television in the living room.
Wesley was very helpful, and answered all our inquiries promptly.
