Well equipped and clean
Unfortunately a very noisy pub/club directly across the road and ear plugs could not help with the noise on the Friday or Saturday we were there. Not the fault of the owner but she should complain to her local council because it is a residential area.

The location was perfect - right in the centre and so close to the old town. The building felt very secure. the block of flats felt quite dated but the room itself was perfectly fine and nicely furnished.
To use the air conditioning, you needed to keep the balcony door open which means the noise from the street is quite loud. Also, we couldn’t get the wifi to work - we couldn’t find the network provided when searching for it. This wasn’t a big problem for us so we didn’t bother the host by asking, but if this is important to you it’s best to check first.

I really liked everything in this flat. The size, the decoration, the equipment, the location and the public parking options in the street of the flat. The decoration of the flat is cozy and we had all the equipment we needed. The handling with the keys were easy. Overall, the comunication with the owners was really good and fast! The flat is short walking distance to the centre (hotel de ville) of Aix. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely chose this flat again when coming back to Aix.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is located at heart of everything and only a 5-10 minutes walk to most attractions. There is a well stocked food store only minutes up the street along with easy access to many bars, bistros, cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is air conditioned, but you need to leave the door ajar for the hot air to escape, which is fine until bedtime, when I didn’t feel comfortable doing this over night, so it would have been nice to have a fan to create a bit of a breeze and some air movement on one of the hotter nights.

Location is perfect. Close to the bus station and the city center.
The mat in the bath tub didn’t seem so clean. It would be better without the mat.

The studio was in an excellent location, clean and very well equipped. What really impressed me however was Marieta's kindness and patience in handling our 8 hour flight delay still meeting us at the appartment at 2300 hours with a big smile. Comfortable bed.
Any light sleepers would need ear plugs due to the Irish pub opposite closing at 2 am.

The location couldn't have been better - so close to the center of town, a great bakery nearby, Polish/French restaurant next door. We wanted to be able to have a refrigerator and coffee machine/hot water pot. The kitchen was perfect and so we could enjoy eating in, rather than going out for each meal. Loved having a washer and drying rack. The balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

Very comfortable studio apartment. Was well equipped.
There was a very noisy hotel on the other side of the road that was open until after midnight so not great for having a good sleep.

The location was perfect for exploring the city.
Noise from local bars went on into the late night. The facilities in the apartment were quite basic.

The central location of the property made it an easy walk from most locations . Marieta made us feel welcome and made sure we had all the facilities that we would need for our stay.
My only drawback would be that it's a very lively area at night, so if you want to sleep early you may need to keep the windows closed.

Aix Homes is a very nice and cozy flat, conveniently located close to the city center. It really has everything you may need during your stay in the beautiful town of Aix-en-Provence! Marieta is a very sweet and helpful host.

Host was friendly and reliable, answered really quickly. Wonderful location - in the center of Aix en Provence, only couple of streets away from the restaurants and old town. Easy to make day trips to other cities. Clean, stylish and well equipped apartment. Cute small balcony with chairs and table. Worth a visit!
Finding a free parking spot may be a bit difficult.

a great and friendly host! All you need in a small independent appartement. located just by the Old Town (and an easy 30 minute walk to the university campus - sth I needed to do). some nearby pubs can be loud but not terribly disturbing (with closed windows I didn't hear noise at all).

ELEVATOR,BALCONY,GREAT LOCATION.HOST FAST REPONDING
Unfortunately, there was a VERY LOUD and SMOKEY party one floor down. We could not sleep all night.Marieta is a super host,responding very fast and positively.The place is comfortable and in a great location.Close to everything on foot.I recommend.

Perfect location, very close to the old town.
Flat was clean and true to the photos.
The owner kindly let us stay beyond checkout so that we could catch a later train and didn’t need to walk around town with our luggage.
The bar across the road is very loud (though the double glazing does make this more bearable).
The neighbours are also very loud and the walls paper thin!
However, this is the compromise for being so central
