No smoking is permitted inside or outside, including porches and balconies. Parking is limited and each reservation is restricted to 1-2 cars, as determined by the condo association. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. Elevators provide easy access to each level. All monthly rentals must be in the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate. The minimum age requirement for booking this unit is 25 years old, and this rule is strictly enforced. The check in process was great, the condo was perfect for our family. Each family had their own personal bathroom. It had all the kitchen items we needed. We had our own beach toys, but there were boards, sand buckets and other Beach items available. Everyone was very friendly. The views were beautiful.
The weather could not have been more perfect. The water was crystal clear. It was a wonderful vacation and we all hated to leave. Definitely will be back!!!☀️🌊🏖️

We have stayed on this property for the past two years. These units are plenty big enough for a family 4+. Kitchen could use a little more cookware, but we were able to make it all work. Access to the beach is directly across the street. All units have an ocean view. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Our whole family visits GS each year! We love it at Sanibel!! Condos are new, modern, and large. Love the big pool and great parking and bike storage. Rental was easy, condo was great!

We had an overall pleasant stay in this condo. We had seven people, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was equipped with the basic necessities we needed while vacationing. Everything was clean when we arrived and management was super quick when we called about a missing key. The only “problem” with the condo was it was in need of a few updates. The leather on the dining room chairs was starting to peel - not a big deal, but did lessen the overall appearance of the condo. Also, the carpet in the bedrooms had some stains - again, not a big deal - just an update that might be made in the future! Also, note that there is a $35 parking fee for each car once you arrive.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and we enjoyed the views. It was very close to all of the restaurants and shops. The pool was nice but was also very shallow. The highest portion was only 4 feet deep but overall very nice. We would stay here again.

Place was perfect- I brought my daughter and a couple of friends to Hang Out fest, and this place was perfect. I had a relaxing vacation and the girls enjoyed their time on the beach and at the festival. The unit had plenty of room for all of us and was equipped. Thank you.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 12 years and this is by far the nicest and cleanest of all accommodations that we have experienced. We are looking forward to our month here. Kudos to Gulf2Beach rentals!

2 week Vaca
We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit is very large and spacious. More than enough room for the 9 of us! Large balcony on front and a small back balcony off the master overlooking the bay. Plenty of parking too! The walk to the beach was much shorter than expected. The beds were a little firm for our liking but definitely wouldn’t stop us from renting again. You’ll never find a bed like your home bed. The only complaint we had was the key and lock to get in the unit. We didn’t report it but could definitely use some maintenance. Sometimes it would take a couple minutes of jiggling the knob before you could turn the key and unlock the door. The water was so clear during our stay. Tons of fish, even a large manatee swam by! The unit/beach isn’t crowded which is a huge plus in my opinion. Yet it was so close to all the shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 307. Another plus is they don’t require a Saturday to Saturday stay which is impossible to do with my husband’s work schedule.

Family vacation for a blended family with a 19, 18, & 17 year old
We loved it. Plenty of personal space and family space. Great location and views. One elevator was broken but we took the stairs

We enjoyed our stay at the Sanibel. Location was great and only a short walk to beach. We do plan on returning later in year and would love to stay there again. Maybe the pool will be ready. Check in process was excellent.

The actual place is very nice and clean. The walk to the beach was literally like being right on the beach, not far at all. The location is what we didnt really care for seeing as how it is on the very far end. The drive to food was long but all and all this is a great place.

Excellent location, across the street from the beach, fantastic balcony and great space inside. Did miss the pool, poor timing for repairs and too late to make arrangements on a different rental when notified the pool would not be available. First trip to Gulf Shores and would consider staying in the same location.
